  Could you clarify your question a bit more? Looking for agent-> server HQ communication or agent-> communication monitored service?

  If this is an agent-> HQ server then they communicate with each other using foam which is a specific HQ communication protocol.

  If he's an agent-> monitored service it depends on the service.

• Unable to connect to the Agent to push with my credentials in the project PushCollector 10.1.

  I am trying to create a client application to push to go with my project that I am creating a customer and am trying to learn how the PushCollector 10.1 functions to do this. I seem to have a problem, however, where the application may not be able to connect to the Agent to push after entering my credentials sent by the Services of Blackberry Push team showing.

  I logged into my account to make sure it is active and it is and have re-joined the AppID and the PPG URL 8 times literally!

  What I read I don't need to change anything in the file bar.xml for the PushCollector, but maybe I missed something.

  Push requires a real device, so I think you have to find the cause of the problem.

• Health HQ-> Agents tab issue with FULL domain name

  When I go to the HQ health-> Agents tab, I see some of my platforms have the FULL domain name noted quite rightly hostname.domain.com (or other). However, some of them only the IP address of the list and have no FULL domain name. I checked and these IP addresses do not have matching PTR DNS records, so I don't know why this should happen.
  
  Can someone tell me why this is happening?
  
  Hyperic entering these data? It does not appear to conduct research at the time the listing agent is created. Maybe when the platform is created? If so, how I would solve this? Can I just update a column in the database with the correct information?

  Please apply the patch for 13956401. When you click on the button check the updates on the page to update auto update of the "orphan" status updates will get reconciled.

• Impossible to get an agent to register with WHO

  I'm under Grid Control 10g and I'm having problems with an agent is not able to communicate with the WHO. So I deleted the Grid control agent, target server uninstalled and reinstalled again. Now, the agent is running, but the Grid control is not picking up the agent. The search in the logs on the server target, it appears that the agent can be blocked, but because that the target is not appear in the Grid control I cannot Resync it. Does anyone know how I can get this agent speak again the Grid control?

• How can I find an agent I chatted with that? The email with a link that he sent said my e-mail address is not in the folder, and my computer doesn't have internet access once it has access to my office.

• Save the Remote Agent with ACS

  Recently, I installed the version 4.1 Build 23 ACS eval (1). I also downloaded the same version of the remote agent and load on a domain controller, so I can authenticate on my ad. However, if you follow the directions to configure the remote agent on ACS I encountered a problem.

  The online instructions say click on the Network Configuration and click on 'Add an entry' in the table of the Remote Agents. The problem is that I don't see a Remote Agents table in my network setup page. What I am doing wrong?

  You have acs running on windows server, so there is no no need to have installed remote agent.

  Remote agent is required with the GBA unit and not with windows of GBA.

  Pushing to BES only devices is done via the Server BES not BIS push server. This is why companies like the solution BlackBerry because they control their own devices and have the option to only allow the 3rd third party to interact with devices.   I am running UCCX 8 and have strange question in Supervisor Desktop with the display of the name of one of the officers.

  Three things that you can try before calling the TAC on this one:

  1. Remove the Extension from the IPCC since the account end user at the Complutense University of MADRID, then click Save. This will remove them from the database of the CCX. Add the extension and save again. It will re-enter the CCX database agent.
  2. With the office administrator, you can perform a manual refresh of the Services Configuration > synchronization Directory Service.
  3. Restart the server CCX.

  Sorry for the brevity; the process backstage is pretty well hidden from our view. Just be sure that the agent shows correctly in the administration interface of the Complutense University of MADRID; from there, it's a bug somewhere inside the CCX.

  It is not mandatory to use the agent unless you specify in the policy for the role of user assigned to your username.

  The web agent can do most of what makes the installable agent, at least with respect to authentication and posture.

  Check the role assigned to your user as part of the management of devices-> own access and see what is required for this role.

  I have a SRP547W hung with the standard desktop phones connected via phone ports on the back of the device using 2 lines as well as the RTC SIP using the hash first of all that the router in the office. We just added a new Member of staff and bought a SPA303 in order to connect the SIP registered on the SRP547W lines, and I hope to have the opportunity to use the PSTN line when the SIP lines are busy.

  The problem is, it connects to VLAN100 and gets its IP address and initializes very well however no line will only show configured and it cannot make or receive calls. I need to configure on the SPA303 tell him to use the SRP547W as its SIP Server/Proxy (not sure of the terminology).

  SRP500 routers do not include a SIP proxy function or at the office, but are rather SIP user agents who register with an external proxy.  Your only real options here are to get a third SIP for the SPA303 service, or install a small PBX IP locally that uses the SIP trunks for connectivity to the PSTN and has the SPA303 and SRP500 ports registered as endpoints.
