• When I try to run programs, you'll see the 'Open with' window with IE the only choice.

  It happened with my Norton Security. When I tried to open the window popped up. I chatted with their helpdesk and when they had to start a program, so they can open a session, the appeared window. They even try to determined the problem myself. When I tried to run the program the sent me, pops up the window.

  I'd be inclined to make the Norton Support to fix it for you!
  After all, it is their program.
