• I have two problems: 1) a theme that does not change the look of my Firefox at all 2) there is no button 'disable' for my themes only 'delete '. Help, please!

  Okay, so my problems are...
  (1) I downloaded a theme for the first time and when I did, it worked perfectly fine. After updating, I download the theme again and it helped, but the theme will not change the look of my browser. When I tried one of the relevant articles, I cleared my cookies and cache and downloaded the theme (A Blue Fox), installed and turned on, and it worked perfectly fine! I tried to upload another (Pink Fox), one installed and activated, but it did not work. Instead, he returned to the default theme. So I tried to clear my cache and cookies again and repeat the process, but now after downloading, it says "error".... "I don't know if it says"Error Downloading"or"installation error ".   You do not disable a theme, but you choose another theme if you want to change the theme.
  
  Remove button is for when you no longer want this theme.

  You must select a theme and then close and restart Firefox, if you want to use this theme.

  If this does not work, then you may have a problem with the prefs or something interferes.

  I have 2 adware which detects my s Malwarebyte. When I try to remove it, it won't work. I also went to the registry and tried to remove it manually, it will say "unable to delete all specified value..."

• Recently deleted album missing after 'Delete All'

  I did a "remove all" album of "Recently deleted" Photos to free up space on my HD on MacBook Pro. I'm under El Capitan. I started doing additional destruction of photos and went to empty the "recently deleted" album and go! The album "Recently deleted" shows is more the sidebar or in any other mode.  Any help would be appreciated!

• Help please.  I can't 'Finish' my video and it is too long for YouTube.

  Hello.  I hope someone can help me, because I'm in tears!  This is the first time I used PE8.  I was able to import my video, which was 20 minutes long.  I cut out, removed the parts and end up with about a minute 7 video.  My problem is that there is a screen AFTER my last clip that contains almost all the video AGAIN.  It's my video of 7 minutes, 27 minutes.  When I right-click, I can't delete it.  I tried to put a 'stop' marker, but I don't know what in the world, that I do.  I am SO frustrated and want just to UL this video on YouTube and be done with it. Along the bottom on the area of the timeline, there is a LONG line and I can see where it ends, but I can't move it, change, or delete. Help, please.  I've been playing with this for more than THREE HOURS.

  Jody,

  You have an "orphan". There are several reasons for the orphans, but more often, they are either a double-Import, or of some other operator problem.

  First, hit the------[backslash key], see the entire chronology (make sure that you are in timeline view Mode), lasso Clips incriminated, and then press DELETE. Who should take care of the orphans.

  Be sure to hit the space bar to read the script and check.

  I would really appreciate help with this.

  I took all my photos on my iPhone (iOS 9.2) 5s and put them on my computer. I also have pictures of iCloud connected to my computer. Anyway, I logged into my icloud.com account and there are no photos in my Photo Album at all. HOWEVER, when I click on iCloud Photos on my PC, it gives me the ability to upload 100 + photos. When I do that, it downloads a bunch of graphics photo I had on the phone for a few minutes back about six months ago, but then deleted immediately.

  I can't find any way to delete these photos. There is no evidence of them on my phone, my iCloud website account; only when I use iCloud Photos on my PC.

  Please help me with this, I really need to get rid of these photos.  I heard there was a bug with iOS 8 who saved the photos recently deleted even after that you had deleted them, but I can't find them anywhere. Now, too, there is no way to reset the iCloud photo stream.

• Why don't I have a "Recently deleted" folder in my Notes?  I'm pretty sure that I've improved my Notes app (I can make bulleted lists and draw).  A note has mysteriously disappeared yesterday and I want to try to get it back.

  I looked in all folders.  I have now switched off Notes for all accounts where it had been activated (no Notes existed in these accounts).  On my Mac, on the navigation on the left of the application Notes (files), I: Notes from iCloud, on my Mac and my Notes to gmail.  On my iPhone, the list of files just a pointed iCloud and on my Notes from the iPhone.

  Bottom line:

  To this, I have been for over 2 hours now.  I'm willing to give up the missing note (unfortunately), but really want to know where my "Recently deleted" folder is located (don't know if I'd ever).  If you tell me to reset my phone or digging through backups as a last resort, please explain step by step and let me know what I could lose it making.

  Update: I have just disabled my gmail account note on my Mac so that both (phone and laptops) Notes apps list the same folders... for only iCloud + on my Mac / On my iPhone.

• By chance, register in connection with mozilla files have been deleted and now I don't get the icons in firefox. Help, please.

  Regedit in windows 7, the various registry files containing "mozilla" were deleted accidentally after uninstalling firefox. I reinstalled firefox and it works fine except for the firefox icon disappeared. I tried to restore windows to an earlier version, but it did not help. Deleted registry files cannot be restored? I didn't backup the registry before making changes. Is it possible to solve the problem? Help, please. I'm really very grateful to you.

  I have an iPhone 6 and uses iOS 9.3.2,and I recently deleted all my pictures and videos to free up space, "Manage the storage" in still however said circles I 23.4 GB of photos/videos like iTunes when I connect my iPhone to my Mac. I deleted my recently deleted folder and follow the instructions of a guy showing a year, which suggests to set my phone date about two years back and deleting the photos recently deleted the file and both of these solutions do not work. I have reset my phone (home and power button operation / stop) and also, it does not work. I don't want to wipe my phone and restore it if possible, but it's the only option I can think of next.

  Are there other solutions before I try this?

  Thanks for stopping by the communities Support from Apple! Looks like you are trying to free up space on your iPhone by deleting all the photos and videos, and you still see 23.4 GB absorbed by these files. You have already made sure to empty your recently deleted album, fix the date of return on your phone and performed a hard reset on your device. You did an excellent job so far, and I'll be happy to give you some ideas to move forward from here.

  Before diving into other troubleshooting procedures, it would be useful to ensure that you have a recent backup of your iPhone is available. This will help us ensure that all your important data is stored safely for you. Here is an article with information on how to backup your device:

  Once it is in place, I recommend you to reset the settings on your phone. This is not the impact of your personal data, but you will have to perhaps adjust the user specific settings, but also re - enter passwords and Wi - Fi networks. To complete this step, go to settings > general > reset > reset all settings. When you restart your phone, check if the local storage on your phone has updated to reflect the changes you did related to your photos and videos.
