alert to strange when I opened emails

When I go to my email account electronic and read emails I get this alert: Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the Protocol (htpixel.adsafeprotectedtp) is not associated with any program. I've already sent this question twice. Where can I get help with this?

In fact, I think that the full name is AdBlock Plus: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/
