All-in-one HP print things that someone else in my neighborhood is printing

I have a HP Photosmart 7520 wireless router.  It works very well.  However, some children somewhere in my neighborhood are printing and it comes out of my printer.  It's a huge waste of paper.  I changed my router password wireless more once so I know that they are not on my home network.  I know it sucks in my house because it happened when I'm home alone.  Any ideas?

Thank you!

Please name all THE SSID that your computer sees.  Make sure that the Direct wireless is disabled in the printer.

The user guide is here.

EDIT - Oh, and check your router uses WPA2-AES encryption with a password strong.

  • F2110 All In One HP: Printer prints blue instead of green

I have an All In One older printer that worked perfectly for me. I tried to print something last night and every time the green color was susposed to print blue print instead. I replaced the color cartridge and still have blue instead of green. I tried everything I can think but can not get the printer to print in green. The strange thing is that I photocopied a picture with lots of greenery and it printed perfectly green.  Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @andalcam,

Thanks for joining the Forums of HP Support for a solution to your printing problem.

I understand that you use a printer all-in-one of HP Deskjet F2110 with computer Windows 10 and green print blue, but the colors are just when you copy. I would like to help with that.

The fact that it can copy well little indicates that the printer should work. Here is a document of support designed to be used with this problem so you can be sure - colors wrong.

Then download and run the HP print and Scan Doctor to verify installed software. This tool can diagnose and solve many problems of printing software and printer.

Please let me know if that solves the problem, or if you need assistance.
  • Suddenly, my 4215 all in one HP printer error message reads "remove and check right cartridge".

My all-in-one 4215 printer suddenly flashes an error message on the screen saying "remove and check right cartridge"... For what I'm checking, it is unclear. I deleted and reinstalled the cartridge and it seems OK to me... It is not empty, and the last thing that he printed was fine... Help!

I am betting that the printer or the ink cartridge contacts are dirty. This happens over time. The document below will guide you through cleaning the contacts. Let me know what happens.

  • How can I keep my HP1510 all-in-one to print the test pages as much?

How can I keep my HP1510 all-in-one to print the test pages as much? My printer is connected to my laptop, and it seems that whenever I disconnect, want the printer print a test page when I reboot. I don't know where the option is to disable this option.

Pages are likely alignment pages.  When a new cartrdige is installed the printer will print an alignment page which should be placed on the scanner glass and press the button of scan to complete the alignment process.  If the alignment is not complete it will repeat when the printer is powered suite or maybe at the end of print jobs.

The alignment page will stop printing when the alignment process is complete.  See the page here for more information.

  • Dell 964 all in one Photo Printer not Scan

I have a desktop Dell Dimension 3100/E310 with a Dell 964 All In One Photo Printer.  I have Windows XP on it.

I had to re - install the printer drives and software.  I can get the documents to print correctly.  I can get the printer to scan by using the controls on the printer.  However, if I try to scan from the Dell 964 all in one Center on the computer, I get an error message that says:

    Scan failed

    Try these solutions:

    * Make sure the all-in-one is powered.  (IT IS).

    * Disconnect and reconnect the USB cable.  (I DID.)

    * Disconnect, then reconnect the power cable from the all-in-one.  (I DID.)

    * Restart the computer. (I DID.)

    Nothing has worked.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thank you.

    ColemanCreative,

You should be able to scan from the Dell all-in-one Center.

Make sure that the application that you want to scan to figure on the list. Try to read...

Update of the list of applications to send scans to

If you are trying to scan to a PDF or by fax, you must install the OCR program from the disk of the printer.

In the digitization, if you have the disc that came with the printer, and then insert the floppy disk to the printer and keep it from running. Go to my computer and double-click it. Locate the drive that contains the disk Dell inside. Right-click on it, left click Explore. Find the folder of the OCR. In the OCR folder, there is a folder of Abbyy. Right click on setup.exe, which is located in the folder Abbyy and left, click Run as administrator. This will install the OCR program.
