  CD/DVD players use different lasers to read CD DVD vs.  Eventually, your DVD laser has grilled.  It might be time to replace your CD/DVD drive.

  Hello, this looks like a problem with your security/firewall software blocking the new versions of firefox. If please delete all the rules of the program for firefox to your firewall and let it detect the new version of the browser again.

  When you use google chrome, everything works perfectly. If you use Firefox, videos do not work, music will not work, and even video games on facebook do not work.   Do yourself a favor and remove the application.  Mac do not need AV applications and at best, they will be not hard (but not good either) and at worst will corrupt your system / OSX's built in protection.  Your concerns are malicious software that requires the cooperation of the user to install, not the virus.

  In the Organizer, what view do you - use in the display menu is details checked, or unchecked - t - it make a difference?

  On the view menu, select media types - are all verified?

  Menu, select hidden - files is in view - show all files audited?

  I assume you're in the media view, what happens if you select the places people or events?
