    You can install older versions if you use an older version.  but the newer versions (for example, cc 2015) can always post files to open in cc.

    Hello, I recently changed ISP to comcast. I can't access my account from comcast on my desktop PC. It is running windows XP SP3. I can connect using one of the other three phones in my family. I can also connect to other accounts online using my office. Only my comcast account is blocked. I type my user name and password, click Enter, and the display shows "retrieving account information" for approximately one second. Then the screen goes out for a second and right back to the login screen appears. The service tech with comcast could not help me! Can you?

    Well, you obviously have the correct settings, or other computers would not work.  Try to remove the account from comcast completely, and then close OE (I assume you are using OE).  Then find the antivirus interference and make sure you have e-mail scanning to off (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).  Then add your account from comcast back once and then see if it works.  See also if on this machine you can connect to messaging from the web interface with comcast.

    How long it lasts?  Nothing has changed recently with regard to the hardware or software changes that could have caused this?
    What about frozen screens, that you get an error message when this happens?  In the affirmative, please let us know the error you receive.
    If you do not receive an error, is there something that makes this happen every time or is it completely random?
    In regards to the internet, we need determine if the problem is your computer or your service provider.  You have dial-up, DSL, cable, etc.?
    Concerning the drivers, you can go to your computer manufacturer's Web site to find the latest drivers for your computer.

    I ran AVG, Norton 360 and Ad Aware, and they all come clean. I deleted user accounts, rebooted and reinstalled and the same thing happens.
