Help! I tried to connect to my account of Cloud to work in after effects to another computer to adobe. My payment plan appears as the "free plan" so I can't use one of the applications now. I give the whole pack every month, so I don't understand why this is happening. I really need to work now and I can't. Great work Adobe Cloud. Any suggestions on what can I do? Thank you
