• 6 Lightroom spend LR5 Export of user Presets

  Tonight, I have improved the LR5 LR6 to (independent, no CC).  My catalog migrated successfully and, generally, the library and develop modules seem to work well.  But when I go to export, all my user Presets disappeared.  Any advice on how I can recover my user export presets so that I don't have to manually recreate all?  I'm on a Mac Mini, 2.6/i7/16GB, OS X 10.9.5 end 2012.

  Return to the LR5, check the dialog box Preferences, Presets tab, to see if your presets are 'with the catalogue. If so, this can be the 'problem' as LR6 migrated your old to the new format LR6 LR5 catalog as a new catalog. You may need to play with the LR6 preferences to make them match the settings of the LR5.

  Hmm, I searched a bit for some information on the Portege R100 series and it seems that BT is not available and not extensible. This would mean that there is no room for the internal minPCI BT module.

  I just bought a collection of presets. I tried to import a selection of black and white presets in my presets folder. I looked in the training video, is said to highlight all of the presets in the folder to be imported at the same time. I got an error back that said that I could import only one at a time.   Not as far as I know.  I just add new presets, and what a thing can be annoying.  I'll make sure that Photoshop is out of service.  Backup the preferences file. Then with a text editor I have change the file and order my preset classified the way I want to see.  I use the name of this genre to create groups. They just need to get in order for all the additional presets are added to the bottom in a sort order.

• Is there anyway to list user presets to develop popup for LR 6?

  In Lightroom 4 develop, I could select multiple images in the film from bottom, then right click and work in the menus to apply a pre-selection of many images at once. Lightroom 6 CC does not list the presets any longer.  Is there a switch to turn on this behavior?  I brag about this feature to a friend and he started a trial and the feature is now gone.  If there is no going back in this feature, is there another way to apply presets to multiple images? (These screenshots are saved with the resolution, PS LOW setting and they are still good!)
