  You must create a dummy member in dimension of platform, called 'No Platform'. This member will be the total value of all platforms by segment by customer in "phones (Mu).

  Then, as you say, you will enter platform value divided by customer segment by platform.

  If what you mean is to allow users to enter only from the list of pre-defined numbers, you can use Active lists.
  Or if you want to restrict the entries as integers only, you can apply via customization in validatedata.js. Alternatively, you can write a business rule in order to convert the entire entry. The script function calc, you need to use is @ROUND.

  I have a requirement to validate certain accounts and whether or not they exist and use in Calc. We have some list of accounts per cent who have certain amounts of pilot. If the user selects the parent account, it must automatically calc with percentage accounts to generate the values for all of its children.
  
  The issue is that we have many accounts and many accounts per cent, is not that all accounts have per cent accounts. That's the problem.
  
  When I fixer to fix a high level of accounts, get this error message that says that the member exists and return the empty member set.

  I think that will be more widely compatible. There may be some details that I missed, but hope this helps.

  I don't know why the minimum font size has not been applied as well in Firefox 3.6, but I suspect that this is the new normal.

  When you use the device, you must use the Remote Agent for Windows, the device then speak this agent to authenticate the users in its database SAM or AD. You need this because the unit does not in any domain, so it must pass the usernames/passwords on a Windows Server that can authenticate users.

  Basically install it on the Member Server, and you should be good to go, it will automatically use the local SAM database to check names of user and password. It is actually easier to set up if you try to authenticate to a domain, since there is really nothing to install other than the agent for you.

• Recreate the Member lost/damaged redo log in a group

  5 ALTER DATABASE ADD LOGFILE MEMBER ' / oracle/oradata/wms/redo02b.log' to GROUP 3.

  When I googled for steps, I found the table below in the official documentation of the Oracle. This table is applicable only if the ENTIRE REDO LOG disappeared.

  In the form of selecting members, I need to dynamically select ALL AND ONLY members of level 1 (range). How can I do this?

  I can't use a filter on an attribute, because the product range is not level 0 and the member functions (ancestors, children, Parents,...) do not seem to apply in my case.

  I don't think that there is a simple approach. If your rating is sparse, then you can assign attributes to the level 1 members and use the form.

  I have a report that contains relatives in lines that are set to stretch and show Member aliases. During the expansion under the parent I would like to display the member name and Member Alias. I tried conditional formatting to replace the Alias members using a text function, but replace only accepts text, not functions. Does anyone know how to do this?

  Do you need to in the same column? If this isn't the case, you could pull in another column of the alias and use conditional formatting to hide either or depending on the generation.

• Structured types - support to the member card/ORDER function

  In order to compare the types of objects we create the methods member MAP MEMBER FUNCTION or ORDER MEMBER FUNCTION in structured types (aka: object types / types SQL).

  But when I add a new method of Member in a structured type I do not see any option where we could define this method with the option MAP or ORDER.

  This could be useful for the generation of DDL to include this keyword before the MEMBER.

  does anyone know if there is a list of all available MDX properties that can be used in a query with Essbase MDX?
  There is a very small list in the technical documentation (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E12825_01/epm.111/esb_techref/mdx_properties.htm), but I know that there are many more properties.
  For example, a property that is not documented is ANCESTOR_NAMES:

  You must create the accounts Dimension in the library shared of EPMA. Then add this dimension to your applications and in the dimensions of application pane in the Middle, right click on the Member or you want to exclude the hierarchies and choose to exclude members. Please keep in mind that if you do this at the parent level, its descendants will be also excluded. To see the members who are excluded, simply right-click on the dimension itself and choose Show excluded members.
