I have the list entered my sysprep unattend.xml file to populate the list of exceptions in IE and has hope for some similar shortcuts in Firefox I might add as a batch file. Add 20 + URLS one at a time on for Fire fox is a rather tedious work.

  Blockers cannot block webhelp popups because they are user initiated when they click on a link. My understanding is that blockers are designed to prevent the unwanted popup windows.

  I think that the other main issue is to ensure webhelp is the type of assistance, it will be run from a server rather than be installed on PC users.
