  Alternative under Feliks wrote that you can search on eBay for second hand parts. Sometimes you can get really good deals for this. ;)

  Hi Lyn,

  It is a common failure on this type of connector. The good news is that it is repairable, the bad news is that it usually involves the replacement of the main card that is not a cheap option.

  You may be able to find a repairman who can just weld on a new socket, but when I had mine repaired last year I just got used "sorry, but we can't get the parts ' response of repairers as I approached.

  I suggest you approach a Toshiba authorized Service partner and ask for a quote for repair.

• Types of POWER connectors required on HP Pavilion t550.uk

  I need to replace the power supply of my HP Pavilion t550.uk to accommodate a new graphics that require 300 Watts. The PSU existing according to me is a BESTEC ATX-250-12Z REC: C.

  Open the machine up there seem to be 5 existing connections:

  (1) CD and DVD - these two players have a rectangular connector with sections of 4 x 1 and 8 wires

  (2) hard - this is very similar to the above but maybe a bit bigger in size.

  (3) motherboard - a large rectangular connector with sections of 10 x 2. Many sons.

  (4) motherboard - a connector 2 x 2 with 4 wire square.

  The new graphics card also requires a 4 pin connection.

  The existing power supply dimensions are 6 inches x 5 1/2 in. x 3 1/2 inches.

  I was considering an Antec E380 or something similar, but I am concerned about the type of connectors that I need. I think that the existing motherboard connectors are compatible with most modern power supplies, but I'm not sure about the others.

  Yes, it's a 4 pin Molex. The same as that used to power the old hard disks IDE/PATA.

  I use the USB-6215, USB-6211 in different applications.  Plastic connectors (lug screw) supplied with each box are not sitting very well.  My application requires mailboxes in a vehicle that will be driven on terrains for editing tests.  The boxes have what seems to be tapped on each side of each connector holes leading me to believe that there may be an alternative.

  Thanks for the replies.  AK2DM is right.  I was looking for a better way to fix the connectors.  The solution proved to be the "accessory kit' sold on the pages of 6211/6215.  The kit contains 4 connectors like the ones provided with the 6211/6215 devices, except that they have the ears of installation and the screws which fix the connector of the device.

  Those who are provided with devices is unnecessary (kept falling even still sitting on my desk).  Him mate well with the camera and demanded a violin to contact correctly.  New in the kit of accessories are very expensive to ~ $20 each (~ $80 for 4 connectors, tags, a small screwdriver and freight), but I have not found any alternative.  In my opinion, they should be equipped with the 6211/6215 valves provided that the price is close to $1,000 per unit.

  My new connectors should be here in a few days.  This should solve the problem.  Thanks again for the help.

• Audio output using the USB connector problem

  I use a USB connector to connect with Audio output. It's because my headphones Jack does not work.

  It worked without problems so far.

  My problem is that there is no output from my laptop to this USB device. The music plays and can be heard on the laptop. Connections (USB device & son) of the laptop work.

  With the USB speaker connected, right click on the speaker icon on the tray (right), left click on 'sounds '. On the tab 'Read' the USB speaker should be listed, click to select it, and then click the button "set as default". Click the OK button to exit.

  I believe it has been deleted, but several alternatives have been introduced.

  I know that the reg key to set the path always exists HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Provision Networks\Provision - Client\AutoConnectURL IT and still works with this version of vWorkspace.

  This is a string value that contains the path to your broker (if you use the new connector management functionality) or to your file config.xml if you use the old style.

  With the new direction of connector, the intention was to make it easier for new users. Everything they need to do is go to a (properly configured) Web site and it will install the connector for them and configure it automatically.

  If you don't want to use this option, you can either 1, use the URL of automatic connection mentioned above. 2, teach them the URL to download the config 3, create a DNS entry to use the E-mail address configuration option.

  the source file you are linking is a c MySQL belonging to the MySQL ODBC driver library. This means that you will need to obtain the MySQL ODBC sources of files driver, replace the original lib with the lib of this patch and complie the driver around.
  As an alternative, you can get in touch with MySQL support (log a service request) and ask an ODBC driver compiled containing the fix.

  I checked the PWD Sync connector Doc and he says that he accepts only MS Win 2003 and MS Win 2008.

  Not sure that MS is going to hit you with a $ 10,000 by domain controller maintenance fee if you stay on 2000 AD after July 2010?

  I've seen IDM password synchronization running AD 2000, but that was in the old versions of connector and the IOM. Should work, but may have problems.

• CF8 Upgrade - problems of Web Connector

  I just tried to upgrade CF 7 to 8 cf. I have encountered the following problem regardless of the CF 8 installation type I. I installed on a Windows 2003 server that worked correctly CF 7 since it first came out.
  
  After the installation/update, I get what seems to be an IIS dialog box requesting a user name and password to access any page on the web server (cfm or ordinary html pages). I am not able to access the admin pages CF. If I run the tool from the web server connection and remove the connection to my IIS server, all html pages display correctly, and of course, you cannot access the pages of CF. If I add the connector using the tool I can't yet SEE access pages to the and can no longer access html pages. I even went up to competition to change my system registry to remove all references to adobe/macromedia and uninstall and then reinstall IIS.
  
  I tried the path of upgrading and uninstalling CF 7 and have a cool CF 8 (to both standalone and multiserver) installed with the same results. Successfully, I reinstalled CF 7 and rolled my car file back to my settings. I got the CF 8 update on servers of my testing and development without problem. Now I am totally at a loss as to possible alternatives.

  I finally was able to get a successful installation. I don't think that it was a matter of rights but more on the relationship between IIS and the connector see I ended up quitting the existing site and restoring the it on a new record and a new IIS site. • Best alternative to Photoshop for iPad Pro?

  I am a print and web designer and I just bought an iPad Pro. IM has decided to try to work only on my projects using my new iPad Pro for the next few days. Certainly, it should not be a replacement for my iMac, but I want to give it a try.

  I notice that Adobe has a lot of products by way of illustration, but I don't see an alternative to Photoshop. Pixelmator is cool, but it's meh. Model of Adobe is also cool, but it lacks a lot of features.

  Has anyone found an alternative good photoshop that would allow me to create and edit PSD files, when I travel?

  No matter what other digital designers out there that the spirit of sharing their favorite applications?

  Search the IOS App Store for only Adobe.

  If you want to maintain an all workflows Adobe, Photoshop, in order to get most of the functionality of Photoshop on a computer, you will need to use all the different Adobe Photoshop applications to work with.

  If you are using an older version of Photoshop and not the current Adobe Creative cloud suite with subscription, most Adobe applications, in order to better integrate them will pay for a monthly subscription of CreativeCloud or connect to your cloud Creative account if you are already paying a subscription.

  If you are using an older version of Photoshop, you'll need to use a service like DropBox Cloud or box or some other Cloud Service, like iCloud Drive Apple, Amazon Cloud Drive or GoogleDrive to bandy your work back and forth between your iPad and your computer.

  Adobe, I guess, won't or don't know how to create a version of Photoshop on iOS that is a close approximation of Photoshop on a full blown computer.

• Problem with smart connector

  Hi all

  I use my iPad Pro for a while now with the smart connector. Today, however, I noticed that the Smart keyboard did not respond to my entry and I kept getting the error message "This accessory is not supported by this device."

  When took a glance t the smart connector on my iPad I noticed some discoloration, almost as if it was burned. Can someone please help me understand how or why this might have happened? He never fell into the water or something else besides.
