Alternative to turn javascript on or off?

I'm looking all the time in Firefox options, but there is no option in the menu to disable or enable javascript. Is there an alternative solution or only "subject: config" thing (which is very uncomfortable)...

Removed the boxes to check to enable/disable JavaScript and load images automatically "Options > content.

A few extensions you can watch:

The PrefBar extension also comes with a button to enable/disable JavaScript globally and for the active tab.

All of a sudden my Gmail attachments have stopped opening, and I got the message: JavaScript must be enabled so that you can use Gmail in standard mode. However, it seems that JavaScript is disabled or not supported by your browser. To use standard view, enable JavaScript by changing your browser options, then try again.

I found a Mozilla support thread where he explained that Javascript has been disabled for a while OK and next... Then, there was a complicated answer about how you could always turn it back on by typing in a code to config in the address bar. What? Or, you can download an extension to do this for you. Why?

Please - if you really feel that users can not be trusted, and Javascript must be turned off, at least bring back the ability to turn Javascript on or off, on a basis by site in the options, without having to know the code. It's Gmail.

It's my generic how updates of appropriate driver: (update video drivers.)

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

Installation and update of drivers under Windows 7 (updated drivers manually using the methods above
It is preferable to ensure that the latest drivers from the manufacturer of system and device manufacturers are located)

  • Screen turns black and shuts off when wakes up Portege Z830 - 11M

    Hi all

Anyone know what could be the reason for the screen goes black and turns off when the laptop wakes up?
The laptop is Toshiba Portege Z830 - 11 M W7HP, purchased in September.

The problem started shortly after I bought the laptop, but gradually began with a period of 1-2 seconds black screen whenever I tried to wake the portable computer of fashion 'sleep'. He didn't look like a regular part "blackout" of the wake-up process so I just tried to ignore it, but it started to happen more often recently. It got really worse after two months of use and the black screen two or three times until I'm at the login screen. The error was also difficult to re-create because it was random. Sometimes, the screen went black once sometimes twice or just blinked for a fraction of a second.

Yesterday, I worked during the day and at night it turned really bad. The screen went black several times, whenever I went back to work after a short break.
I changed the laptop off when I'm done, but when I turned back on it in the morning, the screen was just black. I tried to use the touchpad, but it is only the screen on the gray.

Can anyone suggest what to do?

So finally that cannot start the laptop is Hmm normal?
It would be interesting to know if this help:
    -Battery adapter and ac removal
-Press and hold power button do this for 30 sec
    -Then reconnect both sides.
    Turn on the laptop?

If this is not good enough, you're in trouble I guess its hardware related issue and in this case you must service help

I'm new to LabVIEW. This is the first time I tried to write a VI that communicates with an external device. Everything I'm doing adjust tensions and put on or off the two analog outputs for a USB-6008. I don't read all the entries or do something with the outputs digital, I want to just turn out analog ON and OFF.

Here's what I have so far.

It does the job of setting that puts the analog output to the USB-6008.

The only thing left to do is to make an executable file. I don't have any idea on how to do it again.

I'm sure a true guru LabVIEWw could have done better, but it does the job.

  • AL1716 screen turns black after a few seconds. If I turn the monitor power off & on again, it works - 2s

The monitor worked fine for a few years, so is no longer under warranty. I was about to throw.

Then the monitor I bought to replace, was damaged on the way to the group practice site.

Now, I hope to fix the Acer monitor.

When the computer starts, and a new screen loads, the monitor it shows for a few seconds. Once the computer on the desktop, if I turn off the monitor and turn it back on, it displays the desktop perfectly for a few seconds.

The monitor I replaced it with also works very well with the computer. He collided with another device, when the car in front of me stops suddenly and there is a piece missing from the screen in the lower left corner. It looks like modern art in the lower part with some of them white and black and a few vertical lines and horizontal lines. I can continue to use it, since what I need lies in the upper part of the screen. I learned the keyboard command to shut down the computer. The windows key, followed by the right arrow, followed by the Enter key.

I watched a few videos for repair of monitor on Youtube.

It seems that the capacitors are the typical element which spoils first.

So I guess I'll break the front off the monitor and see if the card has the capacitors top of the pop up. I can use capacitors with the same intensity of micro-Farouk and the voltage equal or better than the other monitor.

I've recently learned step secret beginning of successful welding.

You must have a clean tip.

When you clean the tip of the soldering iron, it should have the appearance of copper. If weld does not stick to the point, it is not clean enough. I used a wet sandpaper dry and scoured it. They are sold with a protective coating that must be removed. If it is not removed it clogging the tip.

3 scroll down and look for the Automatic Wireless Configuration service
    4. double-click on the service and make sure that the Startup Type is set to Automatic

  • HP LJ 200 noisy m251nw the turning power on and off

I have two printers laserjet and old and new.  The new one seems to work fine for printing, except that it's much noisier than the old for a few seconds during start-up and shut down.  The old man is a laserjet 6 p, and he never makes almost no noise, so I was just wondering if the series of POP or click I hear is normal, whenever the m251nw laserjet 200 turns or off.  I think it's maybe normal is always the same noise, but I've always wanted to post on this topic to be sure.

Thanks for providing the mp3 of the printer in the market, Hythloday.

I found the Laserjet 200 M251nw in one of our labs and it is that same exact sound turning on the printer and turn it back on. If I like it's a normal noise since both units are the same.

    Thanks again.
