  I am in India and wanted to buy a monitor that pairs well with my GTX 1080. After research (read the comments to pcmonitors.info, overclock.net etc..) I concluded that Dell Gaming S2417DG fits my budget (assuming the tax) and requirements (g-sync, high refresh rate, 1440 p etc.).

  I can't buy it on amazon.com because for some reason, none of the dell monitors ship to the India. ASUS, AOC, Acer etc. all these ship to the India but not Dell. Also I tried to shop for that monitor online at the Dell store but there is no button Add to cart just a "Yes, I am interested" button who wants me to fill out a form.

  My Dell local store is full of 'Seller' type people who have no technical knowledge. They don't even know what g-sync is and they want me to buy monitors that I don't need. Sigh.

  Is it still possible for me to buy this or I should forget and buy other brands?

  There are a few shops online in India who sell OEM of Windows 7 Starter edition. Of what I could do from the Microsoft Web site, Starter is found only pe installed on netbooks.

  Are these stores doing something illegal? Or did Microsoft allows Windows 7 Starter OEM sales in emerging markets?

  If it is only for the manufacturers, why Microsoft allows its sale to consumers? And I can buy it to use on my PC?

  The only thing I can add is that I know that there is a license windows 7 starter OEM system builders limited markets. I think the India is one of these markets. (if I remember correctly diagnosis MGA reports)

• BlackBerry Z30 unable to use Z30

  I stuck little after using my Z30 for 4 days.

  I have purchase Z30 ST100-2 of the Amazon India. I am based in hyderabad.

  This all started when I upgraded my Z30 successfully with the worm 10.3.2.xxxx. Everything was fine, but I was regularly getting alerts that my credentials are incorrect. I checked the same credentials in the PC and everything seems to be okay.

  Then I took a chance to wipe the Z30 unit using the PC and then recently I realized that Antitheft is left THERE. Z30 now not allow me to connect and I am completely stopped.

  Contact for Blackberry India support and they suggested to support centres and in turn they even do not know what to do?

  Please help me.

  From what you describe, it seems that you have activated the anti-theft function of the device and won't be able to use it until overcome you this problem. To solve the problem, you must seek formal support from the supplier of the device for you. Here are the instructions that BB has provided:

  To clarify, there is only the P2714T. There is no a 2714 t. So Amazon just listed incorrectly. You are right, I don't see the P2714T on the United States, the United Kingdom retail sites, and I don't see it on the Dell Outlet site. It is possible that Amazon has bought several hundred and have them in their warehouses.

  FaceTime is forbidden by the law in Saudi Arabia and the UNITED Arab Emirates and is removed from iPhones sold in other countries of the Middle East, if they are used outside the country where they were originally sold. If you plan to use an iPhone outside the Middle East, then don't buy it in the Middle East. The one you bought there FaceTime was illegally imported from another region and sold it.

  The website check out BestBuy - they do not sell the iPhone for T-Mobile 7.  All their iPhone models 7 are sold carrier locked on Sprint, Verizon or AT & T.  It doesn't matter which SIM was purchased at the time - if you bought an iPhone 7 or 7plus BestBuy it is carrier locked (one of AT & T, Sprint or Verizon).  You've been misinformed about what you buy or you misunderstood what you said the people of BestBuy.

  BestBuy does not sell the iPhone Unlocked 7 or 7 more.  Nor do they sell these devices for T-Mobile.  If your phone is locked to AT & T, Sprint or Verizon and they will not unlock it unless you are or have been a customer of theirs with an account in good standing, and after meeting the minimum period of service to qualify for unlocking.

  Return it to best buy, if you can.  T-Mobile is you tell the simple truth.  There is nothing they can do for you, that this device is not locked to their network.

  Sorry, but this is a perfect example of why it's a bad idea to buy your iPhone abroad.  In particular, without being absolutely sure what you purchase and what limits the device can be fitted.
