Size of the scanned after it was sent by e-mail allows small.

I checked on the scanner, etc, everything I could think of and the scanned image is very good in size, readable, but when it is transmitted or sent by email to another email address, it is small to read. Scan only shows windows, 300 or 600 reference but changes nothing in the received doc. How inlarge the document so that it will be readable at the other end when it is received?

You don't have to mention what scanner you use. In all cases, refer to the documentation that accompanies it, or check with their support staff.

  • Size of the file after scanning a slide

    After scanning a silde in TIFF format, when I import into the library Lightroom file size is only about 1/6th the size of the file scanned on my hard drive. A scan of 50 MB becomes a LR 8 MB file. If I take the file in Photoshop, he's still 50 MB. I tried to save the photoshop file with a different name and then put in LR, but she ends up always in 8 MB. I have the same problem using VueScan 9.0.90 both the software of scans Silverfast 8.0. How to keep the size of the original file?

    LR4.3 is updated

    OS - X 10.8.2 is up-to-date

    Pacific image Electronics Powerslide 5000

    Software Imaging is 9.0.90 VueScan and Silverfast have Studio 8

    Any help is appreciated

    You misread the info for the magnifying glass; It does not say 8 MB (megabytes), it says 8 MP (megaPixel). It is something completely different.

    I would recommend that you select instead of for display. It's a much better idea how wide is your file, and if you divide the dimensions cropped by 300 you get to the size of the typical print of this image (without resizing) file.

  • Not able to reduce the size of the police after turning off the projector.

    I use my laptop for powerpoint presentation for the students of the University. I use a Lenovo Thinkpad SL500. However, there is no problem to connect to the projector. The last time that I disconnected the projector, the size of the font is not some up to normal. I tried to go to the option of customization and selected the smaller font. Even after a reboot, the font size is not down to normal. The next time I plugged the projector, the size of the font was normal. After disconnecting, the font size is increased further. Help, please.

    Hello

    Try clicking project > resize.

    Note that this will likely affect the overall quality of the project. I would like to start by clicking file > save as to keep a blank copy of the original.

  • Possible to customize 'Size of the Scan' fall into the HP scanning application?

    Hello community HP,.

    I use an OfficePro 8600.

    HP application scanning has a scan drop-down size that offers you a number of choices, but also a choice custom type dimensions customized to your paper/photograph.  I performed the task of digitization of photographs of family a lot of old of the life of my parents and grandparents.  It would be convenient that I could customize options in the menu size Scan drop-down on the HP scanning application to be sizes that I have to go quickly. Currently, I have to go several times in the custom element to type the dimensions directly when I come across a picture of a different size.

    Anyone know if this is possible?  I am comfortable working with the registry of Windows and system files, if necessary.  Thank you.

    Kind regards

    Sean

    Hello

    No - you can do this automatically UNLESS you can build a sensor to tell the size of the originals, BUT you can create the tamplates (called shortcuts) and save them. The next time you select a shortcut and it will scan you want, no need to enter again the options.  There are some pre-built in there, you can create more of your need.

    Kind regards.

  • Size of the problems after the system partition resizing - are X 201 hard drives using a particular geometry?

    I recently copied my default system hard disk (320 GB / Western Digital) on a larger hard drive (500 GB / Hitachi) which I also ordered through Lenovo.

    Using a disk imager I first copied the old 1:1 the new disk drive. It gave me an exact copy of my original disk, with about 150 GB of space disk unallocated at the end of the training. I then put this copy in the system and it worked very well, I could start and work at it.

    -With the help of Acronis Disk Director 11 - I moved the hidden partition Lenovo restore to the end of the new drive, and then finally I expanded the system partition to fill all the available space before this recovery partition, giving me a system about 430 GB drive.

    These operation seemed to go very well at everything first, but in the end I got an alert that something had gone wrong and now the disk may be corrupted. Strange, I was able to boot from the disk and everything went well in the beginning but in fact - I now have a very weird problem: when you look in the Panel-online-online disk management management system all partitions are located and that I had the intention of size. The recovery partition (~ 17 GB) is at the end and the system partition is indicated as approximately 430GB and about 60% vacuum. Explorer Windows, however, always reports the size of the old partition (~ 280 GB) and only 10% of empty space, while if there is no resizing the partition space taken.

    In other words: different parts of Windows 'see' and report to different partition sizes. Running chkdsk does not resolve the issue.

    I then realized this phenomenon in the Acronis Disk Director forum and some guys Acronis replied, that problems of resizing and therefore also the difference could be due to the fact that IBM/Lenovo uses a geometry to non-standard head of 240 heads instead of 255 heads. ????  I then asked for details and - if possible - instructions - how we could solve this problem, but got no further response so far.

    Any idea what he's talking about? Lenovo indeed uses some non-standard disk or geometry? I would have thought, that the access disk is the disk drivers? Lenovo have to do here? Or BIOS of the device involved here?

    And finally: has anyone some experience with this problem and can give an idea how to solve this problem? I'd really like to * hate * restart everywhere have to reformat the hard drive and reinstall everything again!

    Michael

    Thanks for this info!

    I'll try to get my wrecked HD using the Paragon suggested partitioning program and I guess, I'll also try to get a refund on DiskDirector 11, since the site explicitly, it is fully ready Windows7, which obviously isn't!

  • Get the old value of font size of the text after resizing the image.

    Hi all

    I write the script to get the size of the font of the text layer. I'm old font size after resizing the image.

    Here are the steps:

    -I write the function to get the property of the selected text layer...

    getInfoOfText = function (textLayer)

    {

    ........;

    var textItem = textLayer.textItem;

    fontSize var = textItem.size;

    .........;

    }

    -After image resize 50%. I am executing this function.

    But I get always the old value of font size.

    Let's say that the size of the font of the text = 36 px.

    Now I apply Image resize 50%. Thus, the size of the font of the text becomes 18 px.

    Now, if I run the 'getInfoOfText' function, I get always 36 px.

    I can't understand the behavior. Am I missing something here? Is it possible to get the correct font size value?

    Please note that I use the CS6 version.

    Waiting for your help guys.

    Thank you

    It seems that there is a BUG in CS6 and CC with transformed text, here is a function of http://www.ps-bridge-scripts.talktalk.net/

    function getFontSize(){
    if(app.version.match(/^\d+/) < 13) return activeDocument.activeLayer.textItem.size;
    var ref = new ActionReference();
    ref.putEnumerated( charIDToTypeID('Lyr '), charIDToTypeID('Ordn'), charIDToTypeID('Trgt') );
    var desc = executeActionGet(ref).getObjectValue(stringIDToTypeID('textKey'));
    var textSize =  desc.getList(stringIDToTypeID('textStyleRange')).getObjectValue(0).getObjectValue(stringIDToTypeID('textStyle')).getDouble (stringIDToTypeID('size'));
    if (desc.hasKey(stringIDToTypeID('transform'))) {
                var mFactor = desc.getObjectValue(stringIDToTypeID('transform')).getUnitDoubleValue (stringIDToTypeID('yy') );
        textSize = (textSize* mFactor).toFixed(2).toString().replace(/0+$/g,'').replace(/\.$/,'');
        }
    return textSize;
    };

  • determine the size of the components after change

    Hello

    I have a little problem. I have Hbox component label inside. When I change the text of the label, hbox size is automatically changed after the code is executed. But how to know size Hbox, or size label (for example width) once after you change the text property of the label... For example...

    var myHbox:HBox = new HBox();
    var myLabel:Label = new Sun;

    now the Hbox and lablel the width and the height is zero. It is clear.

    Now I change:

    MyLabel.set_Text = "Some Long Text.
    myHbox.addChildren (myLabel)

    But now if I want to determine the actual size of the size of label or hbox, it is always zero.

    How can I determine the size at the same time, when I change the text of the label.

    Thanks in advance

    Once you have made the changes to the child components, the Flex framework through an iteration to measure children and setting the new size of the HBox.

    You have a few choices. First of all, once you set the size of the label you can do: myHbox.validateNow () and then myHbox.getExplicitOrMeasuredWidth () (there is a version of height, too) to get the new size of the HBox. This does not allow the natural process of the Flex framework to sink, but it should do the trick.

    You can also try to add an event listener for the resize on the HBox event. If changes to the child cause the HBox to have its size changed, it must trigger a resize event.

    I recommend doing this first.

  • The most easy way to change the size of the stage after that project is done?

    Hello

    I just finished a project and downloaded on the web. After downloading, I realized that I probably set the stage for a little too small. I would now like to expand the scene, but without having to manually change each object unique, because it's like do it all from scratch.

    Is there a simple way to change the size of everything on stage follows the scaling?

    Thank you.

    Also for your information you can use sensitive as well focus both and then using an iframe to the size you want and it will be this size.

  • Size of the file after conversion to the format even

    Hello.

    I'm quite new to Adobe Premiere and I wish I had an answer for my problem:

    I did new sequence AP of the 20 MB .flv file. How is it possible that after have exported them with the codec FLV and 'Attribute source Match' preset, it becomes a 60 MB file?

    Concerning

    Paul

    Because 'Attributes of Source Match' has nothing to do with the flow parameters. If you want the file exported to be same size bytes, be sure that your rate is more or less the same for video and audio as the source file. If you are not sure bitrates of the source file, use a product like MediaInfo to find out.
