BlackBerry Z30 unable to use Z30

Hello

I stuck little after using my Z30 for 4 days.

I have purchase Z30 ST100-2 of the Amazon India. I am based in hyderabad.

This all started when I upgraded my Z30 successfully with the worm 10.3.2.xxxx. Everything was fine, but I was regularly getting alerts that my credentials are incorrect. I checked the same credentials in the PC and everything seems to be okay.

Then I took a chance to wipe the Z30 unit using the PC and then recently I realized that Antitheft is left THERE. Z30 now not allow me to connect and I am completely stopped.

Contact for Blackberry India support and they suggested to support centres and in turn they even do not know what to do?

Please help me.

From what you describe, it seems that you have activated the anti-theft function of the device and won't be able to use it until overcome you this problem. To solve the problem, you must seek formal support from the supplier of the device for you. Here are the instructions that BB has provided:

    After you follow these instructions to set the code UCS2, did you do a reboot of the device?

    I just bought a BB Curve 9220 and enabled wireless data plan on my GSM sim; which has already been activated. I tired to add a contact to BBM using the PIN, email and name, remaining in the State of pending: authentication required. Targeted contacts have also done the same thing; but of no use. I can send and receive text messages by the PIN. But unable to start a conversation on BBM. I ask somone to help me sort this issue as was the single most of the main reasons for me to get a BB BBM! Sigh!

    (My email address is checked on the BB, which works perfectly fine).

    Ensure confidence that you have a data plan that includes messaging as BBM, a BlackBerry data Plan not limited only to email (got some mobile service providers, that have different stages of data like this plans).

    If yours is understood BBM, as the dependence on the send your service books to activate BBM.

    To access the IM or just about any BlackBerry application you must have Blackberry data plan. It is a necessary requirement for all.

    Coming from BB9900, I am able to respond to an email by sending this particular email and just change the email I want to use to respond to the. With the bbz10 I can not.

    I have 2 gmail account and email address one company, unfortunately our company email can receive an email from yahoo but unable to answer, yahoo launches it somehow. Who is right why I normally send them to us and use my gmail to respond back with. Any suggestions?

    OK... so this is information "Of wanting to change when" you reply/forward something that you received on your Z10. You're right... that the action is not available currently.

    The only solution I can think for you is first to yourself - on the account that you want to pass that it is (possibly) "from" and then re - pass again after what happens to this account on your Z10.

    I got a blackberry torch, but he has developed some problems so I returned to the store.

    After the reset of password, you can use your BlackBerry browser and browse the www.blackberry.com/integrate to add / edit an e-mail message.

    There is virtually no diagnosis of those - they are the equivalent of random errors in Windows for which trace the root cause is futile. Basically, here's the last out in the programming code - some event occurred for which there is no event handler in the code. The patch is an update of the code that handles the event... but, again, what is the event is almost impossible. So, there are a few things to try:

    Sometimes, the code simply is damaged and needs to be updated - just like a reboot:

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    If it doesn't boot properly, then you need to try Safe Mode:

    The toughest possible causes are a bad application behave. To find it, there are two options. Is to see if you can read the log file:

    My BB torch behaves weird. The last 2 days my touchscreen or buttons do not work. I tried removing the battery and keep it for 1 hour to overnight to reset. However whenever I connect the battery to the handset, it is automatically switch it on while I was expecting to wait for me at the turn, press the button. In the process, he continues the same behaviour limiting to me to make a transaction, including impossible to receive calls. Please advise as this is a workstopper for me.

    Maybe you need a refill of the OS or the update.  Try this quickfix.  Try to connect the device to Desktop Manager on your PC.  Often this can fix it.  DM detects that your software needs and update and will do it automatically.  Please note this only works on the newer operating systems (and this does not apply to the BB10 that uses BB link another program manager of operating system)

    I have exactly the same problem.  The only thing that restores it must draw on the battery. Then, it is set for a day or two and return to the "blocking during initialization".

    I read the audio entering BT during initialization, before the sound "tones" to let you know the word, it will lock.  When I remember not to speak before the beep, it seems to work better.

  • BlackBerry Z30 don't switch call to the speaker using the navigation. Screen went black accept after phone call.

    While driving and use any software of navigation, such as:

    1. built in maps

    2 Waze

    3 NavFree

    If someone calls me, I can take the call. But immediately, the screen went black.

    I can't switch the call to the speakerphone. After random seconds, to switch screen might look for a second glance, and then the entire screen turned black.

    Although it is black screen, I can't do anything, including trying to drag up to close current app/call.

    Maybe it's something to do with the Navigation periodly software disables screen timeout?

    The problem came down to how some people take their phone (especially when trying to listen to the guests and press the right button at the same time).  The solution has been to hold the phone differently.  So my question would be whether the phone is blacking out because of the very special combination of things happening in your scenario, or is it blacking out because you're online and proximity sensor of the phone thinks you're holding it to your ear (and think that when you do this, you want to have blackened keypad).

    There are 12 different versions of the 10.3.2 package OS... perhaps you use one that is corrupt? We cannot know for sure, unless you reveal the 4th byte of your operating system:

    You also did not reveal the specific method which you attempted a refill of OS and also have not actually said if the charge itself was successful or not (you said only that "it does not work"... where it is difficult to deduce the real meaning).   • BlackBerry Z30 trying to find my stolen BlackBerry Z30

    My BlackBerry Z30 was stolen recently and it is very important that you get it back.

    GPS and BlackBerry protect were both on before the phone was stolen, however when I try to follow via my computer it gives me a message saying that it was the last time my school 5 days ago and would not update the location of the phone, saying: it will be, as soon as the phone connects to the wireless network (which is highly unlikely).

    Same problem when I try to use another feature of BlackBerry Protect.

    Can someone help me find or connect to my phone in anyway even if it is disabled?

    Also fantastic as a phone Blackberry is, I'm surprised that someone would steal such a serious phone.  It would be difficult to sell at a good price, because most users want a smart phone and more like a toy. With several carriers, once a BB is reported stolen its registration numbers are black listed. It can no longer be activated until the original owner cancels the flight report and has removed the blacklist phone.

    BB Protect would work for you if the phone can be reached by the mobile phone system and at the same time the GPS in the phone to work. If the phone has not been charged for the number of days very likely the battery is too low for any type of operation traceable. The thief would require phone charger.

    Today, most people know phones can be tracked very accurately, if they can reach the network. It would be better for you that the phone has a decent password to protect your data.

    I hope you said the stolen phone, and you should just get a new one. Never leave your phone on a table or in a place where anyone can quickly pick up when you're not looking. Always keep the phone cut to your belt or Pocket secure when you don't have it in your hands.

    I know a woman who works in a grocery store. She put her phone down just for a moment to serve a customer for a few seconds. His phone was quickly ripped off never to see again.

    When you first install Link, you have the option of choosing iTunes or Windows Media Player. Link can be set to manual or auto sync music when connected.

    I found I was getting duplicates and resorted to the pc, music, itunes, file copy and pasteing to BBZ30/SDcard/music.

    I also use a 'Album Art Grabber' app for the missing illustrations.

    I hunted with my Service provider and solved the problem. This repeated duplicate messages are due to technical fault of service providers.

    This issue is not with the device or software. Thank you all for this view.

    I followed KB33812 & tried KB34323 (already active account)

    Currently under Calendar/manage, they're here & selected but not existing entries in ical show in the calendar app

    Have you tried a restore BB & a remove account e-mail/cal & Reistall it .but nothing

    Enter a new event cal on Mac & it syncs to Z30

    Enter a new entry on Z30 & receives ical

    Interesting. I have installed Google calendar using www.google.com as the server and it syncs perfectly. I put the synchronization interval to 30 minutes. When you enter a new event that I have to select the Google calendar in the menu dropdown. Google sync add on for PC also lets you synchronize 2-way. Phone, ical on Google and all PCs remain in sync.

    I also have AOL setup calendar and it syncs great with the z30 in both directions using caldav.aol.com as the server.
