  -Disabled Secure Boot UEFI firmware settings.

  -Tried to set the USB FDD and USB HDD at the top of the order of priority of Boot and Windows Boot Manager to the lowest priority.

  If USB is not, probably you did not create a proper EFI bootable USB.

  My "Network connections" folder is empty, even though I am connected to the internet.

  Well, I solved the problem myself, but thanks for the help anyway.

  Fortunately, Acer has created what is called "Acer eRecovery. I recommend it to anyone who has this problem, or any other. Basically, this option resets your entire system. Make sure that you back up your important files if, everything you forgot to back up will be gone!
  I'm glad my problem is solved, it was really bothering me for a while.

  I just bought an Acer Aspire TimelineX, 3820 T. It's like a Synaptics Touchpad, which works fine until I do a Windows Update. Once I do the update of Windows, the touch pad doesn't work.
