.Amr file attachment

How can I open an attachment sent in with Windows vista .amr format?
Have tried all the usual QuickTime; Adobe; Media Player

Here is an article with a link to a program that can open. AMR files: http://techie-buzz.com/tips-and-tricks/how-to-open-amr-files.html.

Here is a list of potential programs that opens. AMR files (although you'll have to Google or Bing to find the program).  I include them because you probably already have one of them only, which is not installed and which could make it easier (and if you have options that can be used for other purposes as well): http://www.fileinfo.com/extension/amr.

Here is an article on how to make the appropriate changes and additional information that may be useful: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fileextensions/f/amrfile.htm.

Here's the 3rd for free all the third-party programs so use them at your own risk and peril - but they are free and I believe that they are compatible with Vista.

I hope this helps.

Good luck! Lorien - MCSA/MCSE/network + / A +.

    Since you have Open Office, you should be able to open it if you followed my instructions above to create a file association. People without Open Office won't be able to open it.  (http://www.ajaykumarsingh.com/microsoft/how-to-open-odt-file.html)

    Given that you tried to create an association with no luck, I would say that this is perhaps a problem with Hotmail and ask here you can get a better answer.

  • I can not open/download files attached on all sites

    IM', unable to open/download attachments from various sites IE extensions of Hotmail and Centrelink. Very frustrating, even if I can do it on my other PC! I'm missing something here?

    Hello

    1. were you able to open/download the files attached successfully earlier?

    2. what happens when you try to open or download attachments?

    3. do you get any error code or error message?

    4. have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

    5 is this problem confined to specific files or all files?

    6. what browser you use to download/open the attachments?

    If you use Internet Explorer, then I you suggest to disable add-ons, then try to download and extract.

    Follow the steps to disable add-ons:

    a. open Internet Explorer

    b. press the ALT key, and then click Tools.

    c. click on Manage Add-ons.

    d. disable add-ons by clicking on them one at a time to highlight and then click Disable.

    Note: to re-enable the modules one by one and check with what add-on, you get this error message. Disable Add-ons will not cause any problem.

    If disabling add0one did not help, then it would be better to post the same question in Windows Live Hotmail forums to get help.

  • Get the name of the file attachment php form

    This should be simple enough, right? Gets the name of the file attached a form submission so I can insert it into a database.

    < input type = "file" name = "attached_file" class = "attached_file" >

    $attached_file = $_POST ['attached_file'];

    echo $attached_file;

    Pings above back squat diddly.

    See you soon

    In the files Panel, it should be tmp_name:

    $_FILES ['upload'] ['tmp_name'] / / where the download is the name of the field

  • Closing of file attachment Panel

    Tried this:

    hideMenuItem (ShowHideSubMenu (['Navigation', (oChildren: ["ShowHideFileAttachment"])])]);

    I get this:

    SyntaxError: missing) in parentheses

    1:Console:exec

    It seems to be a nested, reference table to do this.

    You try to hide the menu bar item or close the navigation panel.

    hideMenuItem

    app.hideMenuItem ("ShowHideFileAttachment"); delete attachments in the nav pane view options.

    Why not use the method execMenuItem of the app object and specify the name of the menu item to run JS?

    app.execMenuItem ("ShowHideFileAttachment"); Toggle the nav file attachment Panel;

    There are a wealth of information in the Acrobat JS API reference manual.

  • How to know when the file attachment appears its visible or hidden

    Hi guys,.

    Sorry for my English.

    In my scenario, I have two button to open or close the display of attachment with the script file 'app.execMenuItem ("ShowHideFileAttachment");'.

    But I don't know when the file attachment appears its visible or hidden or detect when the user clicks the show / hidden in the view.

    Everyone knows?

    Thanks in advance.

    ZAMPAZAMPA.

    You can do the following:

    var obj = this.viewState.toSource().split(",");
    if (obj[1].replace("overViewMode:","") == 7) {
        //Your code here...
    }

  • Download files attached with a button

    Hi all

    I am creating the following: a button that initiates a download, only the downloadable files are not on a web server, but they are attached to the pdf. Is this possible?

    I don't want the user to have to download the attachment manually, but I want to lighten the process for their use of the hollow of a button.

    So basically, I need the same functionality as the web download, but I need to link to a file attached internally.

    Is this possible?

    Yes, it is possible by using following command.

    this.exportDataObject ("MyAttachment.pdf");

    I also created a template for you, see the attachment.

  • When I get an e-mail as a file attached to an email TB renames 'ForwardedMessage.eml '. Why does do this and avoid this from happening?

    For example the email that my colleague sent me from Outlook included two attachments that were emails. In the partial screenshot attached 04.a RE startup files (from Squirrelmail): project and 05. AW:FW:ISAP. When I look at this mail TB two attachments are named "ForwardedMessage.eml". Can I do to fix this?

    If the source is Outlook, it will be how Outlook encodes information. Check the mime type of attached files in the source of the message and that the information is complete and accurate. Microsoft have a bad habit to convey everything that the Content-Type: application/octet-stream; instead of more specific and more precise mime, tape for example Content-Type: application/pdf and expected the rest of the world to code around their negligence.
