An administrator of the team does need a license assigned to itself to allocate licenses to other users?

I am looking to buy 3 CC licenses for teams. I would be the main Admin and the team administrator. Because I would never use Adobe products, I would never need a license awarded to myself. In the article on 'Manage your creative cloud to the membership of the teams', I noticed the line team admins are not affected by default license. Assign a license to yourself for access to creative Cloud applications and services. Does this mean I have to assign a license to myself in order to assign the other 2 licenses to other people? If I do that, then I would have only 2 licenses to be awarded instead of 3. If that is correct, I would need to buy 4 licenses for I might be able to assign 3? Is this correct or am I misunderstanding this?

No, if you do not want to sign in using your Adobe ID (Email) in the CC products and turn them on, then, you don't have to license CC Team to your Adobe ID (email) and can assign licenses to user who wants to use/activate licenses with their Adobe ID (email) only

    Here's a tip for the user on the problems of Wi - Fi. Suggest from the top and bottom. Maybe one of them will help you.

    (1) restart you device.

    (2) resetting the network settings: settings > general > reset > reset network settings. Join the network again.

    (3) reboot router/Modem: unplug power for 2 minutes and reconnect. Update the Firmware on the router (support Web site of the manufacturer for a new FW check). Also try different bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and different bandwidths (recommended for 2.4 to 20 MHz bandwidth). Channels 1, 6 or 11 are recommended for 2.4 band.

    (4) change of Google DNS: settings > Wi - Fi > click the network, delete all the numbers under DNS and enter 8.8.8.8 or otherwise 8.8.4.4

    (5) disable the prioritization of device on the router if this feature is available. Also turn off all apps to VPN and retest the Wi - Fi.

    (6) determine if other wireless network devices work well (other iOS devices, Mac, PC).

    (7) try the device on another network, i.e., neighbors, the public coffee house, etc.

    (8) backup and restore the device using iTunes. Try to restore as New first and test it. If ok try to restore the backup (the backup may be corrupted).

    You can also try to connect to the original administrator account by pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE (all three keys twice at the same time), you will get the classic login prompt. Type the administrator user name and password. You should be able to connect.

    To activate this visible account to the Welcome screen, once logged in click on Start-> Run Type &-> Regedit-> ok.

    Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-> SOFTWARE-> Microsoft-> Windows NT-> CurrentVersion-> Winlogon-> SpecialAccounts-> UserList

    Select the username administrator and set the value to 1-> of the close Registry Editor and restart your computer.

    We have EMP 11.1.2.1 and EAS worked very well. We applied successfully patches of SAE 13904635 and 13904640.

    However, after you apply the patch, we received the error

    For example, when connect us to EAS and click the EssbaseCluster1 under "Essbase Server" node we don't get something, like the list of application as such. We just get the error log.

    What could be the problem, is there anything, we had to do after you apply the hotfix?

    The essbase server seems to be running so we can pull the reports in the workspace and all.

    Please disable user access control and try.

    1. open user account control settings by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type uac, and then click change user account control settings.

    ·         To turn off UAC, move the slider to never notify position, and then click OK.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. You need to restart your computer for UAC to fade.

    2 remove the temporary files,

    In the Start Menu of Windows, type run in the field search programs and files and press ENTER. (You can also use the keys winlogo + r to bring up the run dialog box ).

    In the result, Run dialog box , type %temp% , and press ENTER.

    Press Ctrl + a (or Organization > select all or Edit > select all) to select all the files, right click and delete all files. (Or press the delete key.)

    Restart your computer and try.
