  An external CSS file must be written in CSS only (no html tag like,,etc.).

  Vanessac1111111111 are you able to reopen Photoshop using the steps listed in Creative Cloud help | Launch creative apps Cloud?  If this isn't the case, then I recommend using the steps listed in CC Office lists the applications as "up to date" when the no installation not to reinstall Photoshop.

  Closing or opening Photoshop Lightroom will not affect your photos.  They are still saved on your hard drive without worrying if Photoshop Lightroom is installed or not.

  to do [in win7 anyway] just open windows update, click "View update history" click on "installed updates" scroll down to the section called "microsoft windows" and seek the KB2670838 update, right click and select uninstall.

  Originally, the 2 #1 download has an extension of ".7z".  I've changed that in '.exe '.

  change back to .7z.

  then download the file 2 of 2 (exe), place the 7z and exe in the same directory and click (or double click on) the exe file.
