  4. Since how long you are having this problem?

  I suggest you to refer to the steps below and check if that helps.

  1. Right click on the clock in the taskbar and choose adjust date/time.
  2. The time tab-click Internet, and then press change settings.
  3. Delete what is in the server field and replace it with pool.ntp.org.
  4. Click Update now. In a few seconds, Windows clock must get synchronized.
  5. Click on OK and then OK again and you're done.

  I have a HP Pavilion dv8 and windows 7.  When you try to start windows, the screen will freeze every time unless I open it in safe mode.  Before this, I downloaded a sound from the HP website driver because the audio controls would randomly up and down.  When I have reworded, windows has properly retired since.

  Maybe this isn't the right driver. My suggestion is to go back before that point. Simply using Retore installation in Windows to restore to the rear, then fix the audio later.

  Start > all programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore

  Choose the one that has the date PRIOR to the download list.

  Please try following steps:

  1. close the AI.

  2. navigate to C:\Users\your username\AppData (hidden folder) \Roaming\Adobe\ Rename 'Adobe Illustrator 19 settings' folder 'old Adobe Illustrator 19 parameters.

  3 re launch HAVE and check.
