  Sorry for the confusion of scan to e-mail is not supported with your model... Here's one that States of the user guide.

  For scanning to e-mail, Fax E-mail

  Note:

  If you use the HP Officejet Pro 8500 a (A910a-f), you can only use the scan to

  Network and Fax folder in network folder.

  Try Mail/preferences/display - Uncheck the include messages.

  A part of the text of my emails do not print correctly. All seems perfect in the screen, but when I printed, part of the text seems to small places.

  I've tried three different printers: inkjet, Color Laser and Laser of BW. Everything is the same. Also, some e-mails were part of the correct wording, some all of the formulation is places.

  A bit of troubleshooting is in order...

  Which printer driver are you using know which printer is selected when printing? What is the driver for the right printer to the printer used?

  Other documents print correctly?

  If you export the e-mail to a PDF, print, it prints correctly?

• Analysis by e-mail but no attachment.

  I have just installed a new PS6520e HP all-in-one printer/scanner/fax machine and it works very well for wireless printing.  However, when I scan a document to email (Gmail), whatever is received is the eprintcenter email but no attachment scanned.  The printer appears to be when you run the analysis and the email itself is received - just, without attachments.  I looked and that you can't see in Gmail where it blocks attachments, and I got regularly analyses the same account from my work computer.  Any suggestions?  Thank you!  Cindi

  I can't print from email, I can print PDFS and all documents in word or excel, but not email.  I reinstall the software and the same thing happens.  All of the suggestions. Officejet Pro 8600 Plus with Windows 7 using.

  How to access your e-mail?

  * Do you connect to a service of e-mail via a web browser?

  * Or you are using a client such as MS Outlook e-mail software?

  If you log on to an e-mail via a web browser client, then you do in Internet Explorer?  Have you tried multiple browsers to ensure that the problem does not follow?

  I would also try another driver, such as the driver of c 990, to see if it is a driver compatibility problem.  For more information about how to use another driver, see thread of Shane_R found here.  I hope this helps.

• OfficeJet Pro 8620: Analysis of problems of printer to the computer using windows 10

  I just upgraded to Windows 10 and now I'm not able to scan from the printer to the computer. I can scan the other way IE. computer to scan but is not as convenient. I had no question before the upgrade. The error message I get is

  First of all it is connected with a usb cable, so no logical reason why the connection is lost.

  Secondly it is not used because I am trying to use it

  Third, it has baffled me because there is no reason why the OCR application is now gone, he worked before windows 10.

  and finally there is no detail on the computer screen, why it tells me that I do not understand.

  I work for HP, here is my point of view only.

• HP office pro 8600 - mailing printed envelope is biased.

  We strive print envelopes using mail merge.  We just bought the HP Office Pro 8600 a month ago.  The printer does not pull straight envelopes and if printing is not right.   Any suggestions at all - I really don't want use labels.  Is this a fault with this printer?

  You use the option Center in the paper tray?

• Is it possible to send emails to contacts without including them in the analysis of e-mail reports?

  I would like to be able to set up a campaign for the internal contacts and include marketing who sent emails to customers and prospects. My concern is that when measuring the email settings as sent, openings, clicks, of supports, etc., our employees are included reports as well. Has anyone found a better way to communicate the emails that are sent to internal contacts outside?

  Hi Nina,

  You can set up your business IPs adds the IP filter to Eloqua to exclude the internal activity of the declaration.  This filter eliminates visitors to the data provided by the Reporting and analytical analysis Module. Please note that visitor data are deleted permanently so that the IP address filter condition applies, but that existing data are not affected. Also, note that visitors meet the criteria of IP address will not be displayed in any presentation during the test e-mail click-through.  So this would help you exclude the statement.  In E10, this is found under Configuration > monitoring > IP filters and you want to select visitors to be filtered from analytical.  E9, it is the installation program > management > System Management > filters IP.

  Another option is to make a copy of the email and send the copy to your contacts so that you can also report an internal activity to your emails as well.

  I have provided a document to see if it will be useful. Start with step 2. HP LaserJet printers - printer 'offline' message state. On step 4, once you're on the Ports tab, click on the button set up to see if the listed IP address is the same as the printers.

  In the printers and Faxes window, run the Add Printer Wizard to add the printer again.

  ePrint was never designed to print header information. As I said above, if you receive this information before then it is because your email client is inserting into the body of the message. Insofar as the CC/BCC fields, the reason why it's set up this way is to avoid spam. It is intentional and probably cannot be changed.
