  Please try to run the cleanup tool "Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs" on your machine to remove all traces of the reader.

  Then, restart your machine and install the latest version of the player from here:

  I am planning a workflow to run on a schedule.  If I schedule the workflow to run without recurrence, it works fine.  If I have the calendar and add a resurgence, it does not work.  I tried setting the recurrence to be daily a few minutes of "now."  The general tab shows that the next race will be at the time, that I said "today."  Then time passes and I click off the coast and on the general tab, and now he says that the next run will be 'tomorrow' at the time I was clear.  The last course is empty.  No workflow running showed, the only thing I see in the vRO config log file (with debug mode on) is to change the setting of recurrence on the workflow.

  Looks like a bug in the vRO client code that can occur if the vRO server and client machines vRO are in different time zones.

  Lets assume that vRO server is in Utc format customer vRO is Utc + 2, which for the moment that it is 20:00 on the client machine (equivalent to 18:00 on the server machine) and you plan the workflows to run at 20:02 (client time, 2 minutes from now)

  • Case 1 - planning without recurrence. Programming code properly compensates for difference of time zones and the workflow is designed to operate at the 18:02 server time (2 minutes from now). Everything works as expected.
  • Case 2 - planning with recidivism. Apparently, there is a bug in the programming code that isn't properly compensate the difference of time zones and the workflow is designed to operate at the server time 20:02 (2 hours and 2 minutes from now). Obviously, this is not correct behavior - the workflow is scheduled and will be executed, but not at the time you expect.

  You can look at the file server.log vRO - there should be a few log statements indicating the hour of real time. something like

  Add "workflowname" task to plan [18:28:31.0 2015-09-07]

  I think you might find that your issue has been the network card that requires an update. Something that has apparently been addressed in this hotfix roll of weeks of Windows 10.

  If the ink is bleeding in the paper stock or card that it would indicate the driver settings do not match the paper type.  Make sure you select plain paper inkjet media according to the type of paper you have.  If you use apper photo settings on plain paper, you will get too much ink on the page.
