  This error message occurs when a specific font will not load. This particular font comes with Muse and is only used within the user interface of Muse. It does not appear in the font menu. The call to Windows to install the fonts that are used only by the Muse is a failure and that causes this error. The fonts are stored in the files shown in your screenshot of the file resources. These files are good names and sizes, so the police files seem to have been correctly installed.
