ANALYSIS OF the CHAIN fails with empty quoted strings

I'm scanning a long text with the STRING SCAN line.

"[My problem in the first place of this part: " [^] "]"

The string I'm scanning a quotes in it - I want to extract the string in quotes as a single item.

I can't use %s because the string can have spaces that it contains.

The format string works fine except if the quoted string is empty ("").

"[I interpret " [^] "]" a number of things that are not a QUOTE, QUOTE, QUOTES.

Apparently, 'any number' does not include zero, as it fails (error 85: data not matching format) when the quotes are empty.

What Miss me?

This confusion arises as well in RegExes, but you hit on the answer: in the Simpsons "Zero is one percent", but in the analysis of String Nothing is not something.  You asked to match something that's not a quote, and there is nothing here that is not a quote, so it complains.

In this situation if I really wanted to keep the convenience of analysis of string I would generally use Search & Replace to replace "" with "\00" before scan and then process a string that only contains null as empty.

Did you start Oracle services again? In this case, you will need to repeat the procedure I mentioned. Thanks to my experience stop services do not unlock some dll, so OPatch fails with error code 41. After the reboot run OPatch with administrator privileges.

  • The analysis of the non-numeric characters in a string

    Hello

I am communicating a robot to LabVIEW (2013) via TCP/IP and sockets. The robot is the server, and LV is the customer.

I start with the target data in this format (in a string):

    "[0 ~ 100 ~ 0] ~ [0.96593 ~-0.25882 ~ 0 ~ 0] ~ [1 ~ 0 ~ 0 ~ 0] ~ [150 ~ 50]."

    [X, Y, Z], [Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4], [C1, C4, C6, Cx], [TCPVel, OrientVel] except replacement ',' (comma) with a ' ~ ' (tilde) because I load the target data in a spreadsheet which is a comma-delimited file.

In LV, I take this string, the analysis of the chain and split individual items. I then pulled the singular elements as unique, 32-bit of real numbers. I take each one and convert them individually to a string, concatenate them and send them to the robot. The robot decompresses these raw bytes individually and converts them to a target of robot (position in space).

I train (BT) check if the user has sent a bad character (non-digital) in the target data. Example of this is:

    [- 50 ~-150 ~ 0] ~ [0.96593 ~-0 ] [B2has5D882 ~ 0 ~ 0] ~ [1 ~-1 ~ 0 ~ 0] ~ [150 ~ 50]

Now in BT, when I'm scanning the chain, these bad character becomes the entire element to zero and everything else then to zero as well. See attachment for example screen similar.

My question is, my VI, I can analyze all non-numeric characters (that are inside the parentheses and characters that are NOT a ' ~ ' (tilde))? In this way, I can always get this item numbers and do not have this element or other items turn to zero?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Sorry for the question of the test

Has anyone seen these errors before? Pointers from your experience?

    Hi David,

    (1) will disrupt it my collection research currently active? (My current collection of search works well, the documents are get properly indexed except on the new metadata)

If new content get indexed properly, and then ignore the part of reconstruction of collection.

    (2) we look forward to perform the Collection rebuild with the option rebuild quickly. What are the chances of landing in a situation where we can to perform a full rebuild of Collection (we have > 2 M documents and who is consumea a lot of time and resources at the end server; and therefore our worst fears)

Fast reconstruction is really needed when we have new fields of metadata added and need to be searchable.

If this is where the problem happening, might then need some tracing more as an indexer *, systemdatabase with lots of comments for the following steps:

    1. Add a new custom metadata

2 update Db configuration manager applet

    3. fast reconstruction

4 to record with the new field populated and then perform a search.

Capture the output of the server, then it must be analysed.

Can you post the exact version of AAU where this problem arises and the version of DB? Copy the tag of version under AAU - Administration - Configuration information and posting it here.

ORA-01013: user has requested the cancellation of the ongoing operation - is this still an active issue? If so, my suggestion would be to restart the receiver DB / service to clear all process of dead / guillotine.

    Thank you

    All advice welcome.

Sorry; It is unclear what you are trying to do, and what you're doing.
I think the only single-quoptes in m_swhere are those before and after SCOTT:

    DEFINE m_sWhere = owner='SCOTT'

That's what you need to be able to use this variable in an SQL statement. SQL * more will replace & 1 with its value. If you were typing the statement directly, just type a single before and after SCOTT quote, if you want only a single quote before and after SCOTT in m_swhere. You use 2 single quotes in a row inside string literals, but the string literal only you need here is the literal 5 characters 'SCOTT', containing sound ", a 'C', 'o', two ' t and single quotes to zero."

    MyReport.sql
OK: SELECT * FROM MyTable WHERE & 1
    ERR: dbms_output.put_line ('MyWhere: &1');)

I am not able to print the where the clause. I already tried to set the where clause with other delimiters (e.g. #SCOTT #) and replace # by ' in the MyReport but failed as well.

You do not want channels OK: or ERR: in the script.
Dmbs_output.put_line, like any procedure, only works in PL/SQL.
If you want to display text in a SQL * more script, use the SQL * FASTER command, like this:

    PROMPT MyWhere: &1

If you really must use dbms_output.put_line, then you will need to use a string literal, and single quotes can be tricky.
In Oracle 10 (and more) use Q-rating:

    BEGIN
        dbms_output.put_line ( Q'{MyWhere: &1}' );
    END;
    /

{Quotes will not be a problem unless they occur immediately after a right '}'.

  • Get the HP G62 with empty HARD drive with a recovery disc

    I currently have a HP g62-a46se model.

Due to some problems that I met, I removed the BONES together with the HP recovery Partition (I think because I don't know what happened) and everything else on the HARD drive so now the drive is completely empty. I made the backup drives but when I run them they say "this recovery media cannot be used on this PC.

Pls Help. as I have no idea on how to restore the computer as long as the plant...

If your number was referring to this warranty, then you have three ways to resolve this.

Buy a HP recovery media or HP partner. This is the inexpensive way.

The expensive is to buy a supported Microsoft Windows operating system installation disc.

Install a free Linux distribution. He gets not any cheaper than this. Download and use for free.

That did not help either.  Short of reinstalling Windows completely with a system restore, is there another way to solve this problem?

A KB was created for the 8007000 b error code that appears when installing Microsoft Updates or Windows Update. The KB includes an automated Microsoft Fix it 50140 that corrects the problem.

Look at the following KB: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/956699>

Suggest you download and save the fix it.

    Hello

I suggest you try the steps listed from the link below,

Windows SDK fails to install with the return Code 5100

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/2717426/de

  • Failed to load the script fails with class "HostSriovInfo" error

    Hi all

We have just improved of RHEL5 to RHEL6 and tried to load the SDK v6.  * SOME * our standard perl scripts that collect data of the inventory of the vCenter servers assorted fail with the following error:

Unable to load the 'HostSriovInfo' class on line 52 of usr/local/share/perl5/VMware/VIMRuntime.pm.

However, we are able to run a connect.pl of vCenters successfully all with the same credentials.  Here from the ideas that could help us solve?

    Thank you

    -Mike Gray

Unfortunately, the modules are not versioned, each version uses the same name "VIM25Stub.pm" in this case.  The likely problem here is an older (from VIM25Stub.pm<5.5, since="" 5.5="" introduced="" that="" object="">

Can check to see how many files VIM25Stub.pm is on the system, and if they are the same (simple md5sum would work).

My 6.0 vsphere SDK VIPerl install system:

    $ sudo find /-name VIM25Stub.pm - type f-exec (md5). 2 >/dev/null

    MD5 (/ System/Library/Perl/5.18/VMware/VIM25Stub.pm) = 6740555623a9613b4f9a50b29b457eaf

You can just check if the name of the package is in the file (make sure you get one that Perl is picking up it is @INC).

    $ egrep - r "HostSriovInfo". / *

    ./VIM25Stub.pm:package HostSriovInfo;

    ./VIM25Stub.pm:VIMRuntime::make_get_set ('HostSriovInfo', 'sriovEnabled', 'sriovCapable', 'sriovActive', 'numVirtualFunctionRequested', 'numVirtualFunction', 'maxVirtualFunctionSupported');

  • create the database fails with ORA-27102 - not enough memory

    Hello

I have server Solaris 10 with 16 GB of ram. On that, there are 10 databases (8 of them 9.2.0.7 and 2 of them 10.2.0.4) running - but they have a small LVO-300 mb each (about even smaller 200 MB or more). Now, I have to create two more data on this database. When I try to create the db, it fails with the error:

Connect to an instance is idle.
    ORA-27102: out of memory
    SVR4 error: 22: invalid argument

And the journal of alerts meesages as below:
    Starting ORACLE instance (normal)
    Tue May 26 07:37:39 2009
WARNING: EINVAL creation of segment size 0 x 0000000029002000
Difficulty shm parameters in/etc/System or equivalent

See also the output of this command:

    prctl - n Project.Max - shm-memory - i user.root of the project
    project: 1: user.root
NAME PRIVILEGE VALUE FLAG ACTION BENEFICIARY
    Project.Max - shm-memory
    3.92 GB privilege - deny-
    system 16.0EB max deny-

Now, I tried to change that with this command (as suggested in the installation guide):
    prctl - n v Project.Max - shm-memory - 8 GB - r-i user.root of the project

but I still don't have the same error. So I refer to Metalink document 399895.1. It is said that manually change the settings in/etc/System. This requires a reboot and I had prior to do this restart tomorrow. But my question is: what are the values that I should put in this file? + as suggested in the note, if I put the values below? -

For example, a value of the sample (mentioned in the note) are: for entry system/etc/setting SHMMAX = 6 GB.

    Set shmsys:shminfo_shmmax = 6442450944
    Set semsys:seminfo_semmni = 1024
    Set semsys:seminfo_semmsl = 1024
    Set shmsys:shminfo_shmmni = 100

or should I put some other values (for all parameters as semmni, semmsl etc.)? I missed that I should be by specifying values.

    Thank you

  • What is the analysis of the chain model for "fits all"?

    Hello

Using scan chain for a while, I know that %s corresponds only to chain up to white space. And I also thought % [^] matches everything, including spaces. But it turns out that it stops at the closing brace square.

So what's the real scan pattern match everything including spaces?

Want you that the Scan of chain at the end on?  Or are you typing just the rest of the chain?  If this is your scenario, then simply use the output 'remaining chain.  It might be useful to give a complete example of a normal input string and all WHAT you want as output.

I have created a folder BEEP on my local hardrive, but is there anything else I need to do? Is the server database must have permission to go to my IP address or subnet?

    Alex.

Oops, I thought that its windows server.

drop this idea and use FTP or give the local path in unix.

Server, try to access the machine to you, you will not be able to.

The BEEP server is not able to see the folder you machine shared.
You can do this, if you machine is windows server is unix, at least before the release of samba share, or mount this point under unix

Yes, if the binding variable is declared as a clob, so it can store the maximum size of the CLOB, but this isn't your problem.
Your problem is that you set the clob data using a string literal that is a single quoted string. There is a limit to the size of the string literals, so you will have to accumulate the clob in adding a whole lot string literals instead.
