  The title says it all.  How can I do this?  I can't do with my phone Samsung Galaxy Note 3.  I can see the files, but can't seem to access the real images and put the pictures on them.  I think CC 2014 bridge is very buggy.  He broke down several times on me and it wont let me create new folders.  He just does not like it should.  And I have a very powerful computer to Windows 8.1.  It has a very decent Sandy Bridge 3930 K processor with 32 GB of RAM, a 2 TB HDD and a 760 for all nVidia video card that you gearheads out there among us designers! :-)

  Answer to that myself and all future readers out there.  It is a problem of permission Android has nothing to do with the Adobe Bridge application.  Just an FYI directs.

  If you are looking for assistance to transfer photos from phone to computer, then here are the steps.

  1. identify the make and model of your cell phone. If you look at your cell phone's user manual, it should clearly say the brand (for example, Motorola, LG or iPhone) and the model (such as the Razr V3M, travel or Dare). If it is not, go to your local cell phone store and let them look at your cell phone and tell you this information.

  2 - Plug one end of the USB adapter into the phone and the other end into a USB port on your computer. Look down to the right of the screen and you should see a window "Install Driver... "pop up. Wait a few minutes to allow the computer to look for driver for your phone.

  3 - search for a window pop up that tells you that "the driver has been installed successfully." If it never comes to the top, or rather a window pops up that says: "the driver was not successfully installed", it means that your computer does not recognize your cell phone. In this case, you will need to look for the driver. Installing, go to step 7.

  4 - go to your favorite search engine and type in the brand of your mobile phone, the model, and then "driver". Sites that have the driver available for download should then appear. Download the driver from any one of these sites. If no site driver, contact your cellular provider and request if they sell a disc that uses multimedia drivers for the phone.

  5 install the driver by double-clicking on it. Before you do, make sure that your phone is disconnected. After installing the driver, connect the mobile phone and it must be recognized.

  6 - go to 'my computer '. Looking for a new disk that has the brand / model of the cell phone in the name or just a picture of the cell phone on the disc. He will probably drive F:, I: or G: name. Double-click it.

  7 - click on 'Start', 'File', 'Settings' and 'Folder Options' and enable hidden files and folders to shown. Then go back to the folder of your cell phone and look around. You should see a folder with the name 'Images', 'Photos', 'Images' or a similar name. Double-click it, and you should see all the images in your cell phone.

  8. Select the images and right click "copy". Go to your desktop, and then create a new folder by right-clicking and selecting "new folder." Open the new folder, right-click and select 'paste '.   I've been to download photos from my Android phone to my Dell computer for several months. Both were new items. I've never had problems connecting. Tonight when my memory phone am weak, I knew that it was once more time to put my pictures in the photo gallery. As always, I connected the phone to my laptop. I pulled the top of photo gallery, click Import, and out box that says "" If you do not see your device in this list, make sure that it is connected to the computer and turned on and click Refresh".

  It isn't even a list of your choice. What is wrong with my phone? or with the photo gallery?

  It's very frustrating. I rebooted both my phone and my computer.  My phone has a high "USB debugging connected" icon, and I never noticed this before.  I don't know who else to ask for help, I am very new to this technology, so I don't know how to fix when something previously worked perfectly now won't work without apparent reason.  the question of weak I had with downloading my pictures is that there are always 2 of the same photo, and one of them is sometimes a blank image icon. But I would rather deal with that don't have not downloaded at all.

  Thank you for taking the time to help me with this Vijay. I found a solution!

  My phone was actually put to 'charge only' in my USB connection settings. Took me a while to find this setting, but once I went there out of media, it worked.  He was automatic before, so I didn't even know that was an option setting.

  If your friend's phone works on your laptop, you should contact HP you may have a problem with your USB port.  Have you tried a different port?  Another cable?

  From your description, it is clear friend phone works on the friend's PC and your phone works on the friend's PC, but your phone does not work on your PC... so the only thing that you don't have to tell us is whether friends phone works on YOUR PC.  As soon as we have this sort, where actually the question, but for now, it is clearly your laptop.
