• Captivate 5 file does not publish correctly

  Hello.

  I have a file in Adobe® Captivate® 5, call him "Module 1" which generates only 2 files instead of the usual 3 files when I publish in Flash.

  In the destination folder, the HTML file is not there, a SWF file is not created (in its place a file labeled 'File' and has 0 KB).  Is the file Javascript correctly.

  While the publication process is happening, all messages indicate it is correctly published.  It presents a preview very well.

  I published another Captivate 5 file with the same settings to see if that would work and it seemed fine.  No problems.

  I don't know how to fix file that will not publish correctly.  I'm choosing publish in Flash, Flash 10, export to HTML.

  I tried editing for Flash 9.  Still did not work.  I tried editing e-mail.  The only file attached to the e-mail was a Javascript file.  Still, it should have 3 files.  Did not work.

  It is quite difficult to know what is the problem, the file may be corrupted (maybe a slide or object)? Although not occur so often on the CP5 as it was with the previous versions. Is your updated version: 5.0.2.630?

  I have an animation of edge that has worked well in Chrome, Safari, and IE.

  The last time that I published my Muse (British Colombia) site again (since CC2014 update) it is more worked in Chrome!

  Thank you for your question, I understand that this is happening on two sites. If this is not the case on other people's computers please try a restart of Firefox.

  Ah, your problem is that you do not use the correct comparison operator. To check if two values are equal, the operator is "==" not not "=". Using "=", you assign the value 10 to the field which you then pass in 0 a few lines down. Use 'is' and things should work correctly.

  I use sensitive HTML available in RoboHelp 11.  On all of my new help files, the layout works very well and my icons appear correctly.  On all my old files of assistance that have been converted, my icons do not take in the bar for the Tablet and phone.  I use the theme of Government (Theme2_Government), but modified the file for our colors and logos.  I exported the file .slz and I use the same slz file in all the help files.  The only help files that are cutting the icons are the help files that have been converted from an earlier version of RoboHelp.  No idea why this would happen?

  I just downloaded the new update of RoboHelp 11.04 patch and it solved the problem.
