• CSS and Images - will not export behaviors

  When I try to export as CSS and Images that I get a message "slice images of the current state will be included in this export. Hotspot and behavior attributes will be ignored.

  I tried to uncheck the check box "Current States" only, but it is grayed out.

  I've updated to the latest version. About the box says I have version 10.0.3.11.

  The CSS and Images export option will export all compliance JavaScript behaviors, so if you have pimples. bearings and image swaps then they will not work in exported files.

  For exporting to CSS and Images, slices are used only to indicate what should be exported as bitmaps (JPEG, gif), and you only need to put the slices on the parts of the graphic design.

  I'm not entirely sure why your export files are completely empty, but it looks like you can not completely identified which must be exported as a

  and that you may not have placed slices on page elements that must export as graphics. Unless you have flattened your text to bitmap images, editable text objects must export direct HTML text.

  These entries should still be there if you right click on an image or an area with a background image.

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

  • Do NOT click on the reset button on the start safe mode window or make changes.

  Try the following. Open IE11, click on the tools, mouse over the option 'Print' option and select "print preview

  

  Select the layout, as shown below.

  

  Place a check in the "case print the background color and images.

• Why Photoshop plugins not available when I open an image in Lightroom and select "Edit in Photoshop?

  Photoshop plugins are no longer available when I bring a picture in Photoshop from Lightroom.  When I work on an image in Lightroom and select "Edit in Photoshop", the image opens in Photoshop, but all Photoshop plugins are not available and, in fact, do not appear in Photoshop under filter at all.  However, when I open a picture directly in Photoshop, all plugins are available.  Why plugins suddenly vanish when putting an image in Photoshop from Lightroom?  I hope someone is able to help me fix this problem.  I am under Lightroom, Photoshop CS6 13.0.6 on OS X 10.10.5 6.3.

  I posted this question on the forums for PS and LR because I'm unsure as to who might be more appropriate.  I only experience this problem when making an image in Photoshop from Lightroom.

  So today when I opened Firefox, this is what she looked like. Icons and images are distorted. Text is fine, the scrolling is fine. And this only happens in Firefox (i.e. other programs on my computer, including other browsers are fine).

  Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. As this feature has been added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there are still some problems.

  You will need to restart Firefox before this takes effect so save any work first (e.g. you compose mail, documents online that you are editing, etc.).

  Then perform the following steps:

  1. Click the menu button

     

     then select the Options under Windows or Preferences on Mac or Linux.

  2. Select the Advanced Panel, then on the general tab.
  3. Uncheck the use hardware acceleration when available.
  4. Restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.

  Dear community of PS elements!

  I have a burning question:

  How to create an image to appear in the text?

  Finally, I would like the poster to be in a color filled with just the image that appears in the text.

  But the problem seems to be that program in my case does NOT create a text layer when I start working with text, as you can see in this picture (there is text but no LAYER?)

• Question about image editing

  Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me how to put Photoshop as my default image editing program when I want to edit a picture from an InDesign document. I'm having a problem with InDesign open the image in the preview instead of Photoshop, when I option-click on a photo.

  I see that there is a pull down menu links (the command "Edit with") where you can choose the program you want to use, but that doesn't seem to work for a specific image. I wonder if there is a way to tell InDesign to always use Photoshop when I option-click on a picture? Thanks in advance.

  As a way to explore, what happens in the viewfinder when you double-click on the filename of the image, or select and press command & O or file > open?

  If the preview opens in each of these cases, it is not a parameter of the InDesign You ' r which need to change. Instead, get info for the image in the viewfinder and set the "Open with" context menu in Photoshop. and select any title change of "use this application to open all documents like this.   It does not exist. HTML does not lend itself to images of discoloration.

  You can use some fancy javascript, but it is not totally cross-browser
  in line.

  You can use Flash to the incoming image, and this will give you a good
  bland, but those without Flash will see nothing, and you would probably add
  a little weight to the page of this effect cosmetics.

  You can use a GIF image animated to the bland, but for sure, you
  Add hundreds of kilobytes to your page to do this way.

  I don't think that there are other options.

• Texts and images from Yahoo mail opening page using Firefox 6.0.1 or 7.0.1 are very small, but NOT using Internet Explorer. I used Firefox for years without this problem. Thank you

  I have used Firefox for years. I bought a new Dell laptop 3 weeks ago, came with Internet Explorer. Later, I downloaded FF 6.0.1 that I prefer. After a few days of normal use, the Yahoo mail page newspaper came in lower-case letters and images unreadable. I went to the Firefox Options, once again the Options, then content. All fonts have been at least 14. I unchecked the option to leave the web sites chose their own fonts but always get tiny sign in page. When I copy and past the Yahoo mail URL in Internet explorer, the Yahoo login page is normal in size. I uninstalled FF 6.0.1 and downloaded FF 7.0.1 but who gave the same microscopic text. Thanks for any help. Paul

• Best art / image editing / photo App?

  I bought a Macbook Pro (i7/16 GB/512Ram) about a month ago and it will use for a photo editing and a work of art (as well as email, youtube and the usual stuff).

  As support for opening has now stopped and I don't subscribe to "Photoshop Creative Cloud", I was wondering if there is a good alternative?

  Affinity Photo looks interesting and promising (and is only £40 / $60), but I donnt know how well or otherwise it is to organize files and collections.

  I think Lightroom (or what they call Photoshop-Lightroom) is always available as a "buy it and confess" App to about £104 / $149.    It is essentially Lightroom or Photoshop and Lightroom combined?   Confused.

  Personally I do not like Apple Photo, the new photo on Mac management tool.   I would prefer something that automatically looks for all the photos stored on the computer rather than having to import them and it's editing capabilities are weak.

  As I do a mixture of (pixel based rather than vector) art / illustration and photo editing, I was wondering what is the best option?

  Lightroom is a standalone application, it isn't photoshop as well. On subscription, you can get both for $10 per month or similar. LR is an organizer, but also a non-destructive processor. This is the most common replacement for aperture. It is a processor of many more capable, though my experience pretty slow and so I'm in the treatment of the migration to

  Capture One, next alternative to the opening. So far, so better.

  There is no serious photo app that "looks like for all photos", all non-destructive processors are built on databases and require only the imported data.
