Get your updated antivirus program and start safe mode.  Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan mode without failure.  To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode.  Then run a complete system scan.

However, after the change of theme, background image has not changed. Instead, was projected to place a background image for the theme 'Bing Maps aerial imagery of Europe'. As a result, I tried to remove the theme of "Bing Maps aerial imagery of Europe", but, unfortunately, Windows does not repsond to this action. Instead, I decided to delete all the images - those whose who had downloaded. However there is now a black background that I can not change, even when I change the theme that I use.

  I also noticed that there is a "unsaved theme" that contains the background of black. However, this theme can not be deleted.

  If you have not defined a quirky theme on the desktop (which Photoshop for most unknown), it could be that you have a video driver issue.

  I think the first thing I would try is the following: right-click on the open desktop, choose personalize, and then save your current theme.  Now, select the Windows 7 theme, in order to ensure that everything is settled in a known way.

  The problem persists?

  If Yes, then it is probably a video driver update will help...  Visit the web page of the manufacturer of your video card, look for the latest version of the driver for your hardware and version of Windows download and install.

  I bought Dell P2414H today and it's really a nice monitor. After the installation when I boot computer first time I noticed that the yellowish color of the line when the display is black. The other background is black or during startup if black color appears.
