  I have an Equium A300D, reference PSAKAE-003003KS.
  The trackpad worked OK, but often the function of scrolling stops randomly and I have to stop apont.exe and start again. It would then work OK.
  I am fed up of this thinking if I install new drivers. I have install the driver was Synaptics_Driver_v10_1_8_Vista32.

  Problem is now I can't scroll on trackpad at all (but the cursor responds).

  My girlfriend has an Equium A300D - 16 c which had some problems lately.

  In recent months, whenever she turns on the system, the display does not pull upwards and it takes several tent for lights.

  This means that the internal display module isn't OK. It probably needs to be replaced.
  But this does not explain the problems while turning on the laptop.
