• Can you Adobe Acrobat help with import of tracking changes and comments in Microsoft Word and convert these annotations and comments in PDF format?

  I have a Word doc huge with more than 3,000 of the changes and comments to track changes. I hope that there is a way that Adobe Acrobat can simplify the conversion of annotations and comments of an annotated PDF file in just a few steps - vs having to do this work manually.   Acrobat and Word are quite different types of applications. Namely, Acrobat isn't a word processing application, although many people think that it is and try to use it as such. Therefore, I don't think that this is possible. Annotations in the PDF file are nothing like the changes you can make in a Word file, or vice versa.

• How to edit and save a pdf within a Web site

  I have several users that is 200 users on my site and I want to be an editable pdf, what I want each user to edit online and save the information. I can access and modify pdf online in the site, but it does not save the information which user enters. What should I do to save the information, that all user types?   The only other web sites that can do are SharePiont sites and even in this case the PDF file is checked, downloaded to your system and open in Acrobat, where you can modify the PDF and then save it to the SharePoint Server.

  My new Office Jet 8500 (A910-G) seems to correctly perform a scan to PDF, but the PDF file does not open, gives me the error message "the selected document cannot be opened" in PDF Complete.

  I agree that it's a software because it works well with Adobe Acrobat.  It's just PDF Complete (which was free with my HP computer) does not work!

  My use is for the ".csv" files and works perfectly when read and load the files. But what would be really nice if I could somehow put the data in these files in their appropriate report templates and then export this report to a file '.pdf '.

  So, if it is reading as a variable that suggest that it does not recognize functions unless they are specified in the sub?

  Your VBScript use cannot be called "red" DIAdem orders  The VBScript host that uses the use contains only basic functions VBScript more some specific commands to use, but none of the rest of orders DIAdem.

  You need to use a VBScript DIAdem script to load the data file, load the layout and save the PDF file.

• Want to edit a PDF file and save it to the same folder

  I have PDF files that have been scanned in, unfortunately some of them are upside down that it will be difficult for the data entry clerks enter.  I just want to be able to rotate and save the PDF files to the same folder.  When I try to save the file after I straightened, I get the error message below.  I can do what I want.  I can save to a different file, but it's tedious as whenever I have to locate the file moving through the directory tree.   Committed to the seizure data doesn't have access to the single Reader Acrobat XI.

  Try turning off the preview in your windows Explorer window. The file is open, it is perhaps the reason why that acrobat cannot write to it.

  The problem solved when anychart.com was back, but the problem occurred again and I wonder if they moved their php files.  Not even in Hilary sample app works. We believe that this happened last month.

  All,

  AnyChart have solved the problem that fell from the use of the 'Save as Image' and 'Save as PDF' context menu options table.  This question was the result of moving to a new server over the weekend.  I was assured that any additional maintenance operation is made in the coming days is reduced to a minimum, in order to reduce any impact on customers.

• Save a PDF review

  Hi all

  I'm just enter Extendscript for FM 12 so patient with me.

  I found the FM_Outputs_CondText file that does everything I need to do to share because I want the file to be saved as a PDF review. I found the FCodes.KBD_SAVEASPDFREVIEW command and you can get it to open the Save as dialog box. However, I can't for the life of understand me how to interact with this. Any ideas on how I can get the following process:

  1: apply the text conditional show/hide (included in FM_Outputs_CondText)

  2: the file name of output change (depends on how step 3)

  3: Save as pdf to review

  4: move to the next text conditional show/hide (included in FM_Outputs_CondText)

  Any suggestions what to do or where to look would be amazing.

• OSX 10.9 - fax and save the preview

  I am able to scan, but when I do that the other post say "click Save and save as PDF" it went the way of file size 2 big.  So I tried to fax to myself using the preview and it cannot me fax.

  Is there a work around for fax? IM using an Officejet Pro 8500

  You first created a print to the fax queue?

  • Choose the Apple menu > System Preferences, and then click Printers & Scanners.
  • Click Add (+) and if a context menu appears, choose Add a printer or a Scanner.

  Your printer should appear at the end of the name of template with "Fax".

• Save Illustrator PDF without the hidden layers

  We have about 55cards who all have the same exact text. The titles and the community stand out among the cards. So I did just an AI with the various funds and all of the text as a copy in a layer on top.

  Now, I can just hide each background layer and save as PDF. But even by deselecting preserve editing capabilities, file sizes informed me that it is still including images and backgrounds for all hidden layers. Do a quick test and remove all hidden layers brings the size of the files made considerably.

  I was under the impression that save as a PDF file without editing capabilities are saved what was needed for this particular PDF. It seems I was mistaken. Should I just keep delete layers hidden for each copy?

  Make separate layers for you copy versions, and then hide the layers that you don't want to go in the PDF, and use the settings of this. If it says printing layers, apples to make PDF files...

  

  You must also disable Illustrator capabilities in the record edition of dialogue in your pdf.

  You will need to open the file in LiveCycle Designer to be able to get to the scripts.

  Hello.  I use LiveCycel designer TO create a PDF to fill several and save the PDF files to fill static forms on-line.  I use acrobat X pro to allow the extension of the detector so that users type in the data and save the form, however, the right pdf file cannot save the data entered, except the data entered in the first field.  What did I miss?

  On the first field, look at the object/link tab and see what the link is set to... something .prpably like use FieldName. Now let's look at another field that is not saved and see what his relationship is set on... I bet that it is set to None. If so change it to use FieldName.

• Illustrator CS4 "Save as PDF" Glitch

  I use illustrator adobe CS4 on mac OS X 10.6.5 snow lepord

  Whenever I have a file I or any type of file and want to use the option "save under", when I select illustrator PDF completely freezes. I have to force quit and then restart to resume work.

  My work around was to save as a file, open the file in adobe Acrobat 9 Pro and "save under" PDF through this program. It works every time. But the option "save under" PDF in illustrator crashes whenever I use it.

  Does anyone else have this problem?

  What model Mac? How much RAM? How much free space on your drive to work?

  1. quit Illustrator.
  2. go to user/username/Library/Preferences/Adobe illustrator CS4 Settings and parameters, the entire record of the trash not only the contents of the folder...
  3. launch Illustrator. Illustrator creates a new preferences file.
