Anti - virus is only the trial. I bought the subscription for 12 years
I have a quad core dell inspiron 3551. The 12 month subscription antivirus has been included in the package, but now it says my trial ends in 21 days. What to do? can someone help?

Exactly a month ago, I bought the subscription for 1 year for the CC for photography and now the Lightroom5 and photoshop have been crippled / off telling me to buy to continue to use it, although I already bought them, and when I connect to my account, it says they will expire November 2015

I went though a certain process, but seem to have gotten it works now. That's what I did.
1. uninstall all creative cloud software, deleted LR5 (as the option Uninstall is greyed out), disconnected from creative cloud, then uninstalled
2 uninstall all software, including Acrobat, AIR, Shockwave, Adobe application manager
3. run CC Cleaner made by Piriform and insured has deleted any reference to Adobe, including all the Cache, passwords, etc.
4 restarted
5. open the HOSTS file and deleted everything that said Adobe in there and saved.
6 restarted
7. open Finder (similar to windows Explorer) to ~/Library/ anything and everything with Adobe sought at home, as well as preference files and deleted the lot.
8. went into the Keyring Manager and delete all that had nothing to do with Adobe or mentioned Lightroom or Photoshop
9 went to www.adobe.com and sought the Cloud creative application and downloaded first manually
10 installed creative cloud and connected to my login Apple ID and password, he then invited me I needed Adobe Application Manager, which I installed it and it then put me in for Lightroom trial mode
11 installed 5 Lightroom via the application, downloaded, then returned to the Mode of trial (30 days). Downloaded Photoshop CC and it worked fine.
12. disconnected via photoshop which seemed to work very well and warned of Lightroom and Photoshop wouldn't be able to be used if I quit the game.
13 deleted 5 Lightroom again by dragging the .app into the trash and clean up the trash
14 Ran CC Cleaner a second time and CleanMyMac2 for good measure to ensure every vestige of Lightroom disappeared
15. connected in creative cloud with my Adobe ID and the password
16. you click on install for Lightroom (which had changed to purchase or trial, as he had always done before and this time it installed without reference to expiry or trial.)
17 opportunity now about 12hrs and everything seems OK... I'll see if in 30 days everything stops again.

I recommend you to download & install the antivirus or security software up-to-date so that it works correctly.
You can also download & run Microsoft Security Essentials on your computer.

RECENTLY I bought the subscription for the month, but then canceled (I think?) because I'm frustrated. I've been using bridge and photoshop cs6 for 4 years. I've never understood light room and where it is located. I've dabbled with it and I couldn't find out how to save my images in my workflow of currengt, or how to resize and put a border around my images. How to save for web and as TIFF, as I did for all my files for four years. LR seems to be taking pictures of my Iphoto folder and I don't use that. I tried to cancel the cc of photoshop and lightroom cc and cc bridge but I don't know if I did. I am really confused, and I have work to do. What can I do, do I do, help me! @@ !

I have the subscription for cc 499 plan /-h. I had trial version first. After 1 month of more than 499 /-deducted from my card. But displayed message that your trial version has expired. I can't solve this problem.

Suggest you to log out and sign at the back of the Adobe Creative Cloud Application and then, try to use Photoshop or Lightroom.

Player tries to tell you - but not very clear - that Acrobat is a different application. You paid for it, but you must download, install, and use instead of drive.

Help? I paid for a subscription for 1 year at CC and downloaded fine on my iMac desktop, but no InDesign download not on my MacBook. I installed the app manager and when I click on download, it's right there saying 'Download InDesign now.'
