  Hi all, this is my first post so be gentle with me

  We recently bought Eloqua and we start now with campaigns. The campaign that we are lacking consists of two emails with the same three subjects. The third email is an email invitation to a fair and based on your clicks (interest), you receive a "custom" email

  Question so very basic (I think): How do you collect people who click a link automatically?

  

  As I did so far:

  • create a campaign for 1 email
  • check for clicked on send
  • create a shared filter as I am checking (new) if they clicked on the email and if they visited the page behind the link in the newsletter. I don't find anything in Eloqua to check if someone clicks a specific link.
  • If they are members of the filter, I add to a shared list. This common list collects then all people who clicked on this link.

  Things that go wrong now:

  • It seems that people who click on the first link to get added to the list of shared right, but evaluated if they clicked on the link 2 or 3

  Main question:

  • If I can make this different? I just want to bring together people who have clicked on one of the topics in the first two transmissions and send them a personalized invitation based on the theme clicked.

  I could also do something like that (so I can leave aside shared lists, but if someone clicks on the link more than one, they receive more than one email

  In Eloqua, there is no simple way to use the action of 'Clicked' in a campaign to determine if a person has clicked on a link in an e-mail.

  There are 2 ways you can overcome this though.  If this page is hosted on a site that Eloqua has taken you could create a filter that trying to find out if a person has visited a Web site and paste the URL to group them.

  Or you can do what is referred to as a blind form submission.  In this case, you can create a form that redirects users to a specific link.  If your email would point to the form and your form would simply redirect the user to the destination page.  The redirection is transparent for the user and my experience does impact negatively the UX of the process.

  Windows 7 is fully supported and normally you should get no problems with Windows 7 running on Satellite A300.

  recently, my greatest pain is the process of upgrading a remote iPad (Yes, for old people like my parents). So if I have an iPad set up in a specific way and there is an update to iOS, it restarts and goes through a series of Questions and comments. I don't mind (it's a lie, I DON'T MIND). For literate people no gadget, it is frustrating and therefore for someone by train - remote to help regain access. The Question is: can we have a configuration that goes through an iOS update WITHOUT asking one thing? Maybe an oke pop-up asking 'agree' with setting level and all other Q later? No PIN code of installation ask if I hadn't any prior to installation? I mean, if you please, seriously? I have install i-device in a specific way and I LIKE IT like that. Include a button in the installer to accept all license agreements or agreements after an upgrade without asking. Unless I have clear. PLEASE? I guess anyone who support parents or grandparents remotely includes part of the simple upgrade...

  I have windows vista 32-bit sp1.  I do not have automatic updates on and install when see new updates. (and usually do)

  I'm writing a summary of results case has nothing to do with my question which is at the end of the present.

  Since may or June, there are updates, showing as important, but I thought that I didn't even have the software for them and supposed Microsoft just erred by offering me some updates, so I do not installed about 6 of them.

  I've been looking at cela yesterday and found on the update screen I can do a click right of each update for more details and found that these updates are necessary.

  So, I realized that these are valid and that it must be installed.

  There were about six or seven dates in may, June etc. and I just did the in date order, rather than all of them at once, to be sure.

  Once finished, noticed was another 11 or so updates for windows vista yesterday and I installed all the people.
  
  Everything was installed and made, and no further updates showing.

  I explain everything earlier in the case has something to do with the following:

  Today I come online and updates windows says I have an update to do.

  It is said: for kb955430 Vista update, said important and the date is 19/05/2009

  Do I need to install this?  Or it is necessary before moving to vista sp2? (I don't know when will go to sp2.)

• Need to bring together paths into a single path

  I have this image, which is currently composed of separate paths.

  Is it possible using pathfinder, effect > pathfinder, livepaint or another way to group together so that all I have is the outline of the entire object in the photo below?  I work with programmers who need the real paths merged into one great way (preferably drop all the stuff in the Middle, if not absolutely necessary) - there isn't enough good just select all the individual courses, touched group and name this layer; pathnames must be joined.

  Watched as Illustrator could do this easily, but I have not used the program a lot and I'm probably missing something simple.

  Yes, you can do a pathfinder unite traces. Parts, such as placed images, symbols can be part of your selection, as Illustrator cannot calculate a vector path on this basis.

• Required radio buttons, in any case to remove the red outline once verified?

  I have a PDF I'm putting in LC who has couple dozen yes/no radio button questions. I have these pairs of radio button each required entry. My question is when a player fills the PDF file with 'fields to highlight' turned on, once they select Yes or no on one of the questions that the red border 'entry required' stay on unselected option.

  For example; Do you like PDF? [x] YES [] NO * required entry

  

  However even if the 'Yes' option box is checked the opposite of 'no' radio button in the same group remains highlighted in red because it is a required entry. On the group selection has already been made, so my question is anyway to remove the red outline, after making a selection in this group of radio buttons.

  The only real control for required fields highlight color is enable or disable. See example here: http://bit.ly/e3bTJF.

  Different versions of Acrobat/Reader deal with mandatory radio buttons. Acrobat v9 describes the group with a rectangle.

  

  If the objects are radio buttons, I would stick with circle shape by default users will be familiar with the form and feel that they can select one of the choices. The use of a square shape means that they may make more than one selection.

  I figured out how to import a CD on ITunes and convert it to an mp3. Then copy it to the "rocket".

  But my problem is when I copy a song or an entire album, when I turn on the "rocket", it shows duplicate songs and duplicates are in the Unreconizable folder and do not work.

  This can become very confusing. Anyone has any ideas on how to import MP3s on a mac without getting these ghosts / duplicate files?

  If I can't understand, I guess I'll try to return it and get an IPod. No use to me like that.

  Your problem is that you used the Finder to copy files to the player.  Who creates the files 'duplicate' which are really containing of Finder metadata files.  They lead the players nuts.

  I'll try to keep this brief so here is the situation.  I have a HP a6228x and I would like to replace the motherboard, cpu, etc.  Basically, make a new version, but one or two pieces at a time (money tree not in bloom right now).  Current processor is AMD Athlon 5200 + dual core.

  I'll go later a good Phenom II X 4 processor, but I believe that this Council will be except my current CPU (w / upgrade memory of course).  Is this the case?

  Second, my HP came with Vista pre-installed (no dics).  If I put my current hard drive on the new Council's going to work?  I could move to Windows 7 at some point, but I would like to use what I have for the moment if possible.

  I made a number of improvements, but not a whole generation before.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
