  • I tried to download and execute files from the installer of the Creative Suite Design Premium for PC from the Adobe Web site. My serial number comes back as invalid. I'm not sure what about if it's because that serial number doesn't that on Mac, or because I could authenticate disable programs on the computer broke - or both.

  I understand that this is a long shot and I tried the trial of creative cloud and love it - I'm not very financially uncomfortable and I need to continue to work on the creation of my company to design without monthly payments until I can afford it.

  Lol if you have a license from the Suite, you can download the installation program for the entire suite.

  When you install, you can select what apps install: one, some or all.

I have upgrade my macbook and mac OS X YOSEMITE. I use the CD player in my laptop to install on my mac. It installed everything but INDESIGN and FLASH CATALYST, but it warns me that even installed programs have errors. I then uninstalled programs and tried to install with my serial number (and downloads) online. This came with the same mistakes.

  This is the last error:

  If someone could help that would be great. I need all of these programs perfectly to the point and don't think that it would be a problem as I have the adobe software and it has served me well over the years, so the mac is brand new so should be at the origin of the problems with the download.

  We will perform once clean removal and re-installation of treatment.

  (1) If you had installed Adobe applications, make sure you have the serial number with you, prior to following below mentioned procedure.

  (2) take a backup of files that is needed.

  (3) restart Adobe Cleaner tool and select clean all the Option.

  Open the Applications folder and trash of all Adobe applications, you can exclude Flash Player.

  Step 2)

  Navigate to Applications > utilities.

  Open the Utilities folder and trash below mentioned cases.

  • Adobe utility.
  • Adobe Installers
  • Adobe Application Manager.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud. [Only if it exists]

  Step 3)

  (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select the 'Go - To Folder ' option.
  (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (" Do not miss ~ symbol" "')

  ~/Library

  It will open the user's library folder.

  (3) then open the folder Application Support and Adobe trash.

  Step 4)

  (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select the 'Go - To Folder ' option.
  (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.

  It will open the folder library system .

  (3) then open the folder Application Support and Adobe trash.

  Once you follow the previous steps.

  Try to install CS 5.5 and check.

  Note: Check if the downloaded installer is the size of the file correctly, before you begin the installation process.

  Amyjoan50 I'm sorry but I don't have any experience with the attempted execution of Creative Suite 5 in a virtual machine.  You want to make sure that applications have access to video drivers needed.  This can often be a problem when you try to run a virtual operating system.

  You can also check with the Ubuntu community or Virtual Box to see if others have had success installing using Virtual Box.

  To go from 32 bit to 64 bit, you must do a clean install.  This means that you will have to reinstall applications.
