• Workspace still does not work with the 4K monitors

  I have an Apple Thunderbolt Display Monitor, and I have a Dell 4 K monitor as my secondary monitor. I put all my panels exactly how I'd like, and then I save it as a workspace. If my Dell monitor won't turn on after waking up the Mac Pro to sleep (something these Dell monitors often do, apparently), Illustrator (and Photoshop too, BTW) moves all the panels the main monitor. When I go in the menu workspace and select my workspace, nothing happens at all. I find myself so having to manually switch the rear panels out there.

  
  Another problem I've noticed probably is the Save dialog is up on the second monitor, not on my main screen including the Illustrator menu bar.

  OK, I did a little test and I found the solution. Once the panels have left because of the monitor tour, by simply selecting my workspace 'Scot' doesn't do a thing. The panels are all deformed upward on the side when the screen is off. However, if I select "Scot Reset" located in the same menu, it puts them back where they are supposed to be.

  Phew. I don't know if this is the behavior Adobe wants to or not, but it works in Illustrator. I'll check in Photoshop a bit.

• Where custom workspaces are stored on disk (with respect to the PS CC 2015 and Windows 8 +)?

  My work computer gets reconfigured every night, and it is not only annoying, but also a productivity problem that I have to keep resetting all the panels in the way that I'm comfortable. I need to be able to transfer my workspace personalized to my computer at home for my work computer. It would be so much easier and faster each day to be able to use a shortcut to navigate to where workspaces are kept and drag - move my custom workspace in. both work and I pay for CC, so we should have the more updated versions CC, so there should not be any compatibility problem?

  
  

  Anyway, I found [* \Required\Workspaces\] but I couldn't find my workspace. And when I made two new workspaces with unique names ('banana - rama' and 'fade', stupid names, I thought is in the drive) and tried to search for them, I could not find something.

  I've been reading upward on reporting solutions other than BI Publisher (because of cost) and would like to have a game with Jasper Reports on my Oracle (my environment in https://apex.oracle.com/en/) workspace.

  I installed Jaspersoft iReport Designer 5.5.1 and am trying to connect via a JDBC connection (do not know if I should use another connection) and tried on by following the steps of the presentation on the Integration of Jasper Opal-Consulting - free tools - reports

  Can someone tell me the values that I have to enter in the following areas:

  JDBC driver: Not reimbursed as PostgreSQL (org.postgresql.Driver)

  JDBC URL: Defauled as jdbc:postgresql://localhost:5432 / DatabaseName

  
  

  The workspace is obviously in apex v5, but the environment in which I will eventually want to work with is v4.2

  PS - I tried to add PL-jrxml2pdf to my workspace, but it fails (support items do not have installed).  Tried to install it in 4.2 (our production environment), as well as objects of created support OK.

  Don't think that you will be able to connect to your instance with jdbc on apex.oracle.com.  My suggestion would be to download XE and make your tests in this way.  Oracle does NOT allow access via external things like that...

  I'm very comfortable using SQL Developer. I installed Oracle XE 11 g. It included Application Express 4.0 and I downloaded 4.2.3 and manually updated. I have a workspace on the subject called TEST. I was wondering how I could connect to it and discover its tables using SQL Developer. I managed to get SQL Navigator to work with her.

  You cannot connect to the APEX Oracle using Oracle SQL Developer workspace, but you can connect with the schemas associated with the workspace and manage database objects in this schema.

  Images that you download via Shared component-> files-> Images

  get downloaded in the WWV_FLOW_FILES.

  You can query on WWV_FLOW_FILES to see your downloaded files.

• ApEx Workspace default Login stopped working?

  I have several workspaces. I'm sure that, up to what a couple of weeks whenever I opened my ApEx for the development of the field of the workspace would be pre-filled with the last workspace I was in. Now he is still by default in a particular workspace, 'imr_ws', but I usually work in "bud_ws".

  There is an app for that. Install the packed Dialogue of the sample app and look at page 2.

  See the home page in your application for a demonstration to display a dialog box when the page is loaded.

• Modal calling report that calls another Page to the APEX 5

  I have an interesting question here for the community...

  Using APEX, theme 42 5.  I have a report with a button that will call a modal form.  on the form modal is a LOV which will set a value to the calling page.  If the value returned to the calling page, I then need to redirect to another page in the application by assigning a page element on the new page with the value that I have just received from the modal page.

  I have everything up to the second rec = direct working in a test environment and I have problems with redirection...

• APEX 5 modal page: CSS for the layout does not work

  Hi experts,

  I have problem with CSS tag in the pages of the dialog box modal.

  If I use a few CSS changes for APEX DA label (for personal reasons), it works for a normal page.

  Example:

  standard page: label #P2_X_STATUS_LABEL {make-weight: 700}-works

  modal page: label #P3_X_STATUS_LABEL {make-weight: 700}-does not work
