  If you are user of Jack and sending it to the db in plaintext in
  the query, and then people can use techniques of SQL injection basically destroy
  your database:

  I must be missing something simple, that the apostrophe problem becomes the best of me...

• Apostrophe in an application problem

  I have a large application (25 pages +) which includes details of the client. When the customer last name contains an apostrophe ('), the application is corrupted. Lists not wortk, the buttons do not work etc etc. All sorts of unexplainable activities occur.
  
  Is this a known problem and is there something I need to do to fix this? Simply removing the apostrophe the name removes all questions, but I can't do that in the long term as the customer Details are populated from many sources and the names contain apostrophes.

• Problem Insert apostrophe

  Hello. I have a problem inserting data in a form that contains an apostrophe, as a surname as O'Hara. I don't get any errors but after that the O is empty or trimmed. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. This is a MS SQL database. If anyone can take a look and help, here is the code:

  Your request code seems OK to me. Is it possible that another code is changing the values of your fields of form.xxxx? Can you put all of your code related to this issue? Have you tried using the generator profiles SQL Server tool to see what data is passed to SQL server by your query?

• Problem with Apostrophe

  I have a simple input form that contains a text comment box. If a user enters text in the comments field that contains an apostrophe ('), the record is not inserted into the table, and we get an ORA-06553: PLS-103: encountered the symbol "" when expecting one of the following values:
  
  Once the apostrophe is removed from the text, the record inserted successfully.
  
  Is there a solution for this? Im working with 4 Apex.

• iOS 10 Mail does not work with apostrophe email address

  My work email has an apostrophe in there, and when I add this e-mail account, I am not able to see/open one of my emails from this account or my account (which doesn't have an apostrophe in the address). When I delete the account that owns the apostrophe, my other account and then behaves normally. Is Apple aware of this problem, and there will probably be a fix?

  Since I started using my cell phone a few weeks ago, there has been a problem with applications. Whenever I try to write two apostrophes and then try typing simply by a vowel, it is converted to something like ' e or ' a or ' o. This happens also with the consonants, but only when they are capitalized. Oddly, it is accompanied also by the highlighting of the apostrophe in some applications.

  This affected all my attempts to write.

  I don't know what to do with this problem. Hope someone of you has a suggestion for me to overcome this problem.

  If you use the American International - PC input source (System Preferences: keyboard: Input Sources), then it is designed to do what you describe after a quote with a vowel. Use the US keyboard for a better entry behavior normal.

• When you use the "apostrophe key opens the search box a quick link."

Can you suggest something else before the nuclear options. The problem started today, June 25, and is not associated with a plugin or firefox update. Running win 7 SP1 and firefox 38.0.5.

• WiFi problem with iPad 4 on first generation Airport Express

  Bad problem with iPad 4 / iOS9. It seems that it is connected to the wifi (my old airport express of first-generation lists my iPad as a connected device and in settings of the iPad, the connection has the usual blue tick). BUT Internet works only for a few seconds after a reboot (hard) and there is no icon of wifi signal on the status bar (to keep for the first few seconds after the eboot). All other devices (iPhone 6 on ios8.2, iPad 2, two Macs and a PC) work fine on the airport express (first generation). Stranger still, when I go into a public café with wifi on the road, the iPad 4 connects no problem at the station, on the status bar and the internet works, I see the usual wifi antenna icon. Final oddity, it suddenly stopped working and no software / firmware updates between the two. As mentioned, soft and hard that it recharges don't help in saving a few seconds DNS cannot be a problem because all other devices work correctly.  I also tried to reset the network settings. It is esoteric.

  As a test, temporarily change the wireless network name and password on the AirPort Express.

  Make the name of... well very simple wireless network, no special characters (like an apostrophe) and no space empty. Ditto for the password.

  Can the iPad4 connect that way?

  This task manager up to cause some strange problems when used. I try not to use it and see if it solves your problem. A case in point is that if you kill Gallery it will stop the music player, so it can cause problems. I just leave it alone, unless I know a real application that is a problem. Let me know if it helps. Also after you have unchecked everything restart your phone.

  Unfortunately the position of the decimal point is global, so call VI is affected, too.
