  I bought a new laptop. I connected to the WiFi network with no problems the first time. I have downloaded Microsoft office 2016 (home and student). The next time I turned on the laptop, the icon WiFi in the corner of the screen says "no connection available.

  So, the problem was finally solved (fingers crossed!).

  Yes, the Internet access worked perfectly every time when it is connected through the Ethernet cable. Ultimately I phoned the helpline. They checked for the new driver updates (these have been already updated), restored the BIOS remotely and then restored the device to the factory settings. Start of the fault still took place intermittently. This indicates a hardware problem, and the unit was sent for repair.

  The idea was that when the WiFi did not work, the WiFi card wasn't physically visiable in the list of available adapters, nor has the Bluetooth adapter. Apparently in this device, the Bluetooth and WiFi functions are on the same network adapter and apparently those elements should not disappear from the list of available adapters. So the fact that they disappeared together intermittently indicated a hardware problem with the card.

  Now that I got my laptop back and I think that the WiFicard has been replaced. Hoping all is well now and I hope this post helps someone else.

  My computer has forced a reboot for an update today and after I back in all the tiles from the app (weather, photos, applications purchased in-store, etc.) had disappeared from the start screen, with the exception of desktop computers and store.   Nothing seems to be disturbed in desktop mode this just seems to be the Win8 apps.   I didn't install anything (with the exception of windows updates).   How to bring back these tiles?

  Windows key + X, select command (Admin) prompt and type sfc/scannow and return.  If it detects and repairs system files, run it again until no error.

  If this does not correct the situation, you must do a refresh install.

  If you do not (x) to remove an application, then you're probably using an integrated application that can not be removed as added apps.

  Find apps - iPhone

  Delete an app, Touch and hold the icon of the application on the home screen until the icons wiggle, and then tap on . You cannot delete the built-in apps.

  This brings us to the missing camera application.  Because it is integrated, it cannot be deleted, but it can be hidden.

  If it is not there, use search to find it. If the camera does not appear in the search, check to see if it is blocked.

• Disappearance of the Session Variables

  I'm working on a project that has worked well in CF 4.5.2. We have upgraded to version 6.1, installed Updater 1 and all the patches after that. Now, it seems that some of our session variables disappear in the middle of web browsing. We do not use cookies and not using J2EE. Just CFML and a bit of Javascript thrown in for good measure. The database is Oracle 9i and it is on a HP Server. Unfortunately, the version of the database was 8 before and we have upgraded the database and ColdFusion at the same time. How can I check to see if the DB drivers are later? Does anyone else have this kind of problem?

  I had a similar problem for a while now. We never got the double chips but our session variables seem to fall just with some frequency, but not to all users. Most of the time if the user tries to use another browser IE 6.x problem seems to go away =.
