App Tabs disappear when reopening FF - started in 7.01

When I've been updated to 7.01 my app tabs persist from one session to the other as they already have.
Win - 7 64-bit - 8 GB RAM - lots of disk space
Tried to adjust options to start with the tabs, but that didn't affect him.

You are welcome

Keep no apparent reason of my pinned tabs disappear from Firefox. This has happened three times now. I have not synchronized to any device. I keep my story and not erase it.

    Hello Silvia,.
    Sorry, you have problems.

The system to store this information seems to be a bit fragile.

When trying this please ensure you favorite whatever it is open and close the unnecessary tabs and don't let any ongoing work, initially you can lose more than just pins tabs. Once things go wrong, that several sessionstore files can be created, clear duplicate follow these instructions:

    1. See this for instructions on the profile search. Use the troubleshooting information, while Firefox is open profiles - where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data#w_how-do-i-find-my-profile
    2. Make sure that everything is backed up or bookmark and close Firefox
    3. Remove all duplicate sessionstore.js files found in the profile. Those with a number or.bak
      As mentioned in http://kb.mozillazine.org/Firefox_hangs#Multiple_sessionstore.js_files
    4. Restart Firefox, you may have lost some information i.e. pins or other tabs
    5. In the future when shutting down Firefox always use the menu option, which is from the Firefox button on a Windows machine. Do not kill the process, or close the window of final Firefox using the Windows icon at the top right.

No, you don't lose the App Tabs if you remove history using clear recent history at the exit. If you clear the history otherwise, then it doesn't.

  • Windows app to disappear when the mouse is moving...

    Hello!

I have a Dell Precision M4800 and attached to it, I have an external Dell P2213 display. I set it up as I like a single large screen. The desktop icons are on the laptop if the attached screen is free. When I have stuff on two of them, perhaps Outlook, Excel anything really, I can at any time simply lose them, lose what I was just on my external display. All there is left on the bottom and some prominent thin frames where my applications were before their disappearance. If I push my mouse so I get all back, but if I can do something, such as moving the cursor on the laptop I could lose my external screen again. It's extremely embarrassing say the least. I thought that it had to do with a 'dead zone' between the screens, but no. There is no empty space between them, they are combined in a transparent manner.

    Hi Kenneth,

It is a feature of windows called the Windows Aero feature.

I suggest you try to disable the Aero feature.

To disable the Aero feature try these steps

    * Right click on the desktop and choose personalize from the menu.

    * You can simply scroll the themes until you see the basic themes.

I hope this helps. If there are questions more respond to this message.
