Apple charged me 9 times when I tried to update my payment information
I found that my payment information was not complete, I added more information and you press save. Of course, I had a few mistakes, but after she-, everything was OK and saved. Why does app mgr "not settle" when it tries to update itself?
I reinstalled the mgr app, by following the instructions on the CC website, as it was supposed to be damaged (although it worked fine a few hours ago). Whenever I try to download PS CC, the app mgr will trying to update itself and "settles", so I can't even begin to download any other App (running Windows 7 on a Dell 64-bit laptop. I have several apps CS6).
MrOvin, Could you try to delete the desktop application of creative cloud using this cleanup Adobe Creative Cloud tool and then log on to creative.adobe.com and download the creative cloud desktop application and check.

Strange thing happened when I tried an update of security of El Capitan

Basically, I got a pop message yesterday saying ICloud could not connect with my Gmail account and then as I proceeded to update my disconnected iMac but would not open a session as a progress bar would not end. I have tried rebooting without success, then after another reboot I tried the command R - disk utility - first aid and everything was fine. Then a reinstall via the R command yet and the progress bar ran twice but could not complete the second run so I let him all night. I came back the next morning found he had not completed but got the same popup message iCloud I had before. Don't know what I exactly bar clicked on a few options, but the Desktop reappears then things work ok now. The only thing is that the update is not completed and I hesitate to do so scared that the same thing is happening again. Can someone please enlighten me as I have now two updates pending? Thank you
