  This is not an unsolicited idea or suggestion (Please read)

  First of all, allow me to introduce myself as a teacher of mathematics, with more than 20 years of experience in the teaching of mathematics in Jordan.

  I take the liberty to write to you on a very delicate issue regarding the above topic. I'll try to be direct and fertilizers to point.

  Eight months ago, I have established contacts with the customer at Apple and succeeded to in explaining my intention to work with Apple on the flaws I found in all the following Apple products:

  -Scientific calculators built into the Apple iPhones and other products like Mack book pro (13 keys/operators applying bad mathematical concepts).

  -Calendars integrated into Apple iPhones and iPads (after a certain date).

  -Most of the calculators downloaded on Apple iPads (application).

  With my main concern during the final user, I already have reports submitted to Apple on the six keys with solid evidence and evidence supported with excerpts from various reliable resources that are no doubt as to the failure of these keys. I also presented copies of the date on which the calendar goes off track.

  Now iPhones for new generation of Apple (6s and 6 s-Plus) have already been launched on the market, keeping the same flaws, I decided to start contacts with Apple once again, hoping to succeed in reaching the right people at Apple to continue my rage in finding that the right to address this issue. I hope that you will respond positively.

  My worries and concern are oriented towards the end user and, in particular, students who take the responses of these calculators for granted when they are wrong and they don't realize.

  I have prepared a 20 page report although detailed on these defects and how to correct function solid evedence of reliable math textbooks. I'm ready to send this report to the person/department concerned, on which they can check and verify my claim with any or all of the following:

  ·       Apple/mathematicians engineers.

  ·       The mathematics books that are published by well known/good reputation

  publishers.

  ·        Calculators Casio or TI as the most reliable calculators in the world.

  ·        Reliable sources of mathematics of the internet.

  ·        Presentations power point math on YouTube.

  .        Math teachers well known working in renowned universities

  ·        American Mathematical Society.

  I reiterate my willingness to cooperate on the question above so that the genetions coming Apple products will be free by all means!

• E-mail issues

  Now, this is getting really really annoying. Apple dropped the ball here. I spent two hours and I can't save my outlook to mail.app account. I tried everything with imap and smtp addresses. Mail.app not stop saying "unable to verify the user name or password".  I deleted the keychain outlook password too. Set up an account costs simple e-mail you hours and that is completely unacceptable. You can simply not such a simple thing work. Totally frustrated. Is there a link that explains how to set up an outlook account in mail. There are dozens out there on the web and I am not advocating a kind of simple explanation 'add an account '. I try to add an imap account and get the error message. pop does not work I guess. Please can anyone provide a useful answer. Very annoyed.

  What is an account of "Outlook"?

  What type of account is the following: IMAP, POP, Exchange?

  They are all supported - Yes, including POP, although crazy hidden way.

  Have you tried to create the account in the system preferences-> Internet accounts?

  Please give a detailed description of the steps you take.

  FWIW, I have no problem creating e-mail accounts in the Sierra.

• WHY is Apple E-Mail Alias transfer - so restrictive?

  When my wife signed to Apple she used one of our gmail accounts of his Apple ID, which is great, EXCEPT that I had used this (name) @gmail for an alias iCloud email address (name) @icloud before it is signed on.  Apple does NOT allow me to transfer this alias so my wife can use it as its primary e-mail address Apple, that would be ideal because it reflects his gmail address?

  WHY Apple is so restrictive with the transfer of an e-mail address, whether it is an e-mail alias or principle?

  In the digital world of today, where Apple has made their Apple ID and email iCloud Apple so very well integrated into the overall experience iOS - it makes it incredibly frustrating that we are unable to make a simple email address switch between my wife and me that would make life easier on the whole regarding the centralization of its emails from Apple Mail account.  (Name) she uses is the one that we used it for many years and he move on to something completely different... not a very good option leaves she have to keep using Gmail as their primary e-mail account...

• Surveys of Apple e-mail addresses does not

  I am currently working on a project to send surveys to our customers, ask questions about their customer experience. All emails we send are welcomed by our customers except those that have the address @me and @icloud.

  We have completed all the requirements of certification (DKIM, SPF, and CNAME) and these are all displayed as being accepted in the header files. Apple emails show as sent, but they never appear in the inboxes of customers or junk mail. In addition, no trace of return is received.

  Has anyone else had this problem or have any suggestions on how to fix?

  Hello Adam,.

  These protocols that you list are anti-spoofing certifications and basic DNS. They don't help you to cross the ANTI-SPAM filters. Looks like the Apple servers work as expected.

• Apple ID security issues

  "You've done too many attempts to answer your security questions.

  In order to synchronize the BusyCal on my MacBook Pro and the iPhone 6, I need to put in place the two-step verification.   Unfortunately, this requires to respond to security issues I've implemented several years ago and I don't remember the replica.   In my attempts to guess the answers I have tried too many times and am frozen and receive the notice above.

  Where should I go from here?

  A new e-mail account was created in Thunderbird to connect to an e-mail account on Apple iCloud
  The incoming and outgoing server names were obtained from Apple and Thunderbird could check the servers but comes back with the username incorrect error or password when you complete the e-mail account. . Apple says that it is a problem of Thunderbird. Any suggestions on changing the configuration to work with the iCloud email account. This email account is functional with an iphone 5

  Not long, I was in the USA and I bought a $50 iTunes card, those you can trade on your account. When I downloaded this money on my account and try to buy it, because it was my first time, ITUNES asked me my SECURITY QUESTIONS, which I answered as I though I did when I created them but I found out that the answers are false then ITUNES asked me to use my BACKUP E-MAIL, which i don't remember the password.

  I'll send you know if there is any chance to solve this problem, maybe change my email BACKUP, because I can't use the money I just put in the account and also cannot use the account in my other apple devices because it is blocked. I can provide any personal information to prove that I am the owner of this account and that he really belongs to me.

  Yes: send it as an attachment to e-mail to [email protected] ("forward as attachment" in the "Message" menu - at least it's all about the old messages, probably, it is much the same on the most recent).

• Mysterious Apple's Mail problem

  I have a problem in Apple Mail that I can't diagnose. I am running Yosemite 10.10.5 on a new Mac Pro. As I was info my old mac to the new migration, I noticed that nearly half of the 2-3 years value of messages in my "Sent" mailbox have been replaced by an image I call "the swami smiling." This image originally arrived in my Inbox in a legitimate-looking email from an episode of sender known 6 months ago. I have run ClamXav. He finds nothing wrong. Any ideas how this could happen, what it could be or what I need to do?
