I have not yet set up an account with Apple's iTunes or the legends of hearing impaired which is part of the installation.  I really want to restore the ipod to factory settings and reinstall due to do not do these two things, but I can't even do that when I click on "Restore" and ask that 'the parameters that it will NOT be saved' (as I want to go back) but once again just iTunes freezes.  Can someone help this Granny for the iPod facing up and running please with a good connection to iTunes and an active account?
