Application 'Adobe Créative Cloud' empty...
Hello
My "Adobe Créative Cloud" application window is completely empty when I open it.
I have disabled the firewall of my computer (windows 8) as well as the antivirus (Bitdefender) but I still have nothing.
The Creative cloud installed on my laptop (same network) works perfectly.
Is that someone please help me? I don't understand the problem.

If it's all programs of cc,
Uninstall (properly using the uninstall programs) all cc
clean through the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
Restart your computer

Hi all, I am wanting to know how to solve this problem, I will have with my creative cloud downloads. I am trying to cancel the application Adobe Acrobat DC and it download it again. But it's frozen on the "cancellation of...» "and don't move. I use a mac, I can't redownload until it is gone from the top of the cloud. Can someone tell me if this has happened to them before and what I can do to remove it so I can redownload. Ive put a picture below so that you can understand what I mean.

Click the "Finder" on your dock to Open a Finder window. Click on 'Applications' in the side bar of the Finder window to see your Mac applications. In this folder, double-click the folder "utilities". Double-click the "Activity Monitor" icon to access the application.
Now exit Adobe all associates of process as creative cloud, CC, CCX, Core sync, broker CIB Adobe and then launch creative cloud app again and try to download Acrobat.

If you have creatively Cloud Complete/All Apps, you should have the complete list of available desktop applications.

Problems with the update of Adobe Application Manager to creative cloud
I'm on a macbook pro, Snow Leopard 10.6.8
I have a plan for photoshop CC and it works perfectly (I pay a monthly price for it and it is all ok).I'd really like the ability to use Creative Cloud sync, in order to have the same settings, when I switch from pc to mac (I use both extensively).
At the moment I have Adobe Application Manager installed on my macbook pro.
Adobe Application Manager is not up-to-date on its own.
If I try to download creative cloud and install it, it opens Adobe Application Manager and stop there. Does not install creative cloud.
I also tried to uninstall MAO, but it seems that I couldn't, so I used the Adobe cleaning tool and I eliminate AAM. Then I downloaded the installer of creative cloud again and I tried to install it, but it installed Adobe Application Manager instead!

For Mac OS Snow leopard Desktop Application 10.6.8 creative Cloud is not compatible. It is compatible with Mac 10.7 and later.
10.6.8 works with Adobe Application Manager only. This is the reason why, regardless of how many times you try to install creative cloud, it will install Adobe Application manager.

Help! I can't uninstall the trial from adobe and creative cloud

Manager application Adobe will not open.
I can't get Adobe Application manager to open my application creative Cloud 2015. All are current and up to date. My cloud license is current and actively ongoing. I erased the history on my browsers. I restarted and did it again. Another other ideas?
This computer was used previously by another user of Adobe, but this person disappears from the system and is no longer an active Adobe ID.
