  Download the freeware "Autoruns" from Microsoft software.  Double-click on it to launch it.  After it is started, click on the 'Startup' tab and all the programs that are scheduled to run when you start your computer appears.  Find the 'Trayapp' application and uncheck in the list.  Then exit the application.
