  I don't use CC 2015 there too many questions. However, I just test cc 2015 with my Wacom Intuos Pro and don't have your problem. I have my Pen down toggle switch together space to switch to the hand tool. When I press it I can pan the image smoothly and without any lag. With CC 2015 if I quick pan out from the coast to a stop well. My workstation is running Windows 10.

  The return code is always 0 for Fcodes and is not FA_errno either. In other words, just assume that the command really worked, or find a way to check all the documents after you run the ApplyMasterPages command to make sure the result is what you want.

  To see if it really works, create a document with a few pages, set the rules in the StructMasterPageMaps (for structured documents) or the table of UnStructMasterPageMaps, then run the command apply Master Pages via the menu and see what the document looks like. Then manually cancel one or several pages of body in the document, and then run the ExtendScript and check the result.

  I'm sorry, but the hand tool to pan on the document is available in the bottom floating toolbar.  There is no way to add it to the toolbar at the top.

  This seems to be the behavior of the design.
