AppStore does not

Dear Apple community

Since I have updated my iPhone to iOS 10 6s, I have problems with the App Store.

The App Store does not load when the Vodafone network and a message "cannot connect to the App Store, try again."

This problem seems to be that existing when on 3G / 4G as the Wi - Fi is absolutely perfect.

I contacted the support of Vodafone, followed all the instructions, removed the SIM card, rebooted the phone and downloaded now the configuration file, but the problem persists.

I would be grateful all your comments and suggestions.

Tap Settings > general > reset > reset network settings

This also resets the Wi - Fi networks and passwords, cell parameters and VPN and APN settings you used before.

    I see that your Mac has problems with the connection to the Mac App Store.  For assistance with this issue, I would like you to please follow the steps in troubleshooting provided in the link below.

    If you cannot connect to the iTunes Store on your computer, a software conflict or Internet services (ISP) provider may block your access. The following steps can help you solve the problem.

    If there is still a problem after trying the above steps, contact your Internet service provider and confirm these ports and servers are enabled for your network.

  • AppStore does not connect

    I'm sitting here on the app store and it does not.  Just the little wheel on the menu bar will round like crazy.  I have an internet connection, but I connect and nothing.  Any ideas?

  • AppStore does not download some apps

    I have a problem when trying to install some, not all applications on the Mac all the store. Specifically Todoist and Fullcontact

    Both were previously downloaded and installed via the Mac app store then deleted, the question of trying to reinstall door the same day and time. When I try to down load and reinstall from purchases (both are free) page of the app store download process starts very well but just before finishing I get this error message. "Todoist: to do list | "List of tasks could not download - use purchases page to try again" if I try again I just going round in circles. then error message in red against the app 'an error occurred' after the flags of app store if it linked to just the one app, I think that it is a problem with the developer, but it's not. Subsequently, I deleted some apps and reistalled them very well from the app store.

    Before that everyone is a little enough to answer Ive tried this after a search on the internet on the problem.  Delete all preferences and cache in connection to the app store all old preference for the im apps try to reinstall. Signed in and out of the appstore. interestingling both missed apps remain listed with their error message after I registered. Reset warnings etc in Itunes. The key here is that the incident relates to a specific time when I was using my macbook so I'm looking for the "nuke appsore" button if someone is willing to tell me where he is.

    Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

    From your post, I see that you are unable to update two specific applications from the Mac App Store.  Given the previous troubleshooting you have already completed, the next step, I would like to is to delete cookies from the Mac App Store itself.  To do this, you need to enable the debug menu by entering a Terminal command:

    1. Click on the Finder on your Dock icon
    2. Click OK > utilities > Terminal in the menu bar
    3. Copy the line below, paste into Terminal, and then press ENTER:defaults write com.apple.appstore ShowDebugMenu -bool true
    4. If the Mac App Store is open, close it and then the stimulus

    5. You'll see the Debug menu next to help in the menu bar

    In the Debug menu, select 'Delete the Cookies' and then close and restart the Mac App Store.  If the issue is resolved, then you will follow the previous steps for terminal, except for changing the Terminal command to:defaults write com.apple.appstore ShowDebugMenu -bool false

  • AppStore does not display its contents

    App Store tells me that I have an update to install, but if I open App Store, it will produce a window but the content won't load, except the menu bar. Clicking on the icons produces no result. Will put emphasis on the menu choices, but other that that, nothing happens. I also tried to connect to my account again. The drop down menu appears and I can enter the ID and the password that is required, but it's the end of it. The little faithful rack beside the back and forth arrows just keeps spinning indefinitely.
    I have no problems with connectivity. Accounts of browser, iTunes Store, and Internet e-mail work without a hitch.
    Also tried to restart, but no change in the behavior of the App Store.
    What I am doing wrong?
    Any suggestions are welcome. Do not know if or how I can (must) update my OS without App Store.

    • Disable the blockers of advertising, and then try again.
    • Applications such as Little Snitch, Growl and MacKeeper, can prevent access to the App Store
    • Disable the anti-virus software is installed
    • Check the firewall in system preferences > Privacy & Security > firewall > firewall Options
    • Make sure that gatekeeper is activated

    Open system preferences > Privacy & security, then select the general tab.

    Make sure that the Mac App Store or Mac App Store and identified developers is selected.

    If this area is grayed out, click on the padlock icon to go forward.

    If none of the above apply, a Safe Mode boot removes the system caches that can help.

    Upper left corner of your screen, click on the Apple  > Shut Down.

    After your Mac stops, wait 10 seconds, then press the power button.

    As soon as you hear the startup tone, hold down the SHIFT key. You must press the SHIFT key as soon as possible once you hear the startup tone, but not before.

    Release the SHIFT key when you see the gray Apple logo and progress indicator.

    Then try the App Store.

  • AppStore does not on my Mac Pro using El captain?

    When I opened the ap store I see applications in the window and can scroll through them, but I can't click or select any thing at all, no search box, no options, no update... I can't even close it in the window, I have to close the app store app in the taskbar by clicking the icon to the left. Ive tried to restart, reboot. switched off... what else can I try?

But unfortunately the app does not appear when I search in the appstore on the kindle fire HD 7 "(it was primarily intended for the device).     In the manual I ve of DPS read Amazon first assesses the application for approval in the Appstore, and then it evaluates to the fire. This could be the reason? It s about 12 days since our application has been accepted by amazon.

    We use a separate account of DPS to our kindle folio.

    We chose the "Amazon Appstore for Android" setting in App Builder and "restricted renditions" are disabled.

    Version of DPS is 25 (in folio and kiosk).

    I upgraded to El Capitan Sierra and now ITunes and AppStore do not work. The message says something wrong with the internet connection and not able to connect.

    I tried to disconnect and connection that worked with the AppStore, but still can not.

    You need iPhoto 9.6.1.  What version you have installed?

    I bought today 4gen Apple TV, everything works except the App Store after I have updated to the latest operating system, when I go to buy / download any app, I do a click in one of them to download and the application does not open.     I also have this problem... I'm based in Indonesia and I used my regular access to the Indonesian app store area apple ID... Then I tried to change my apple ID to US region, and it's so I have no problem at all with the US AppStore and I can access the apple store and download some applications in the region US apple store...

    My Iphoto has decided that it does not open or update.

    When I click on update it says "the object you requested is not available in the UK store.

    I followed the instructions on a similar problem, but when I go to purchased apps to remove it, it does not appear. When I then go to 'Show', this option is not available for me.

    You need iPhoto 9.6.1 on El Capitan.  But you can only upgrade to iPhoto, if the version you are using a version installed from the AppStore or associated at least your AppleID on the AppStore.  If iPhoto came on installer DVD and you have not purchased it from the AppStore or he did not come preinstalled on your Mac with OS X Lion or newer, then you can is no longer up-to-date.  Apple has stopped the development of iPhoto, and update is no longer supported.  You can only reinstall versions of iPhoto you already own.  It is too late now to convert the DVD of iPhoto versions versions AppStore.
