  • Bought CS5.5 Master Coll - archive file part missing

The first time I downloaded the 2 links part download, when I finished he said that there no download Acrobat because it was already on my system, but it was not on my program list.  Then, I started to read and download again.  The second time, she said I have file archive part missing.

I have read troubleshooting to miss the archive file and executed this without success in closing the download on my new computer:

I downloaded the 2 files needed for a purchased CS5.5 Master Collection.  I put them both in the same folder.

I uninstalled, close, rebooted, downloaded the exe Extractor, downloaded the zipped repeatedly files.

I followed until he says customer contact - but there is no service for my files of troubleshooting customer...

I noticed the several times, I downloaded the links that some are dated from the date of my purchase and some are dated from the current date.  First of all, the dates that are most effective for download to my new computer?  Both the .exe and zipped files have the date?  Who should all have current dates for an effective download?

I am so * frustrated trying to get this to work.

    Thanks for your help.

Rename this 7z file so that it matches the exe file name.  That is to say, remove the (1).

and then double-click the exe file.

    What model of camera?

    See this faq:

FAQ: Photoshop Elements will work with my camera, or why does not open my raw files?

Elements 9 is already an old version, and if you have a newer camera that the items 9, your free solution would be to download Adobe DNGconterver (link in the faq above).

This independent program can batch convert all of a folder of your NEF files to DNG raw format into another folder.

Your Elements 9 will be able to read and modify.

  • Photoshop Elements 8 won't open my jpg files

I'm sure this problem has something to do with my cat who loves to sit on my keyboard and make havoc, but since yesterday, when I try to open a jpg file, nothing happens.  I just do what I normally do, file > open, and then navigate to the jpg format, but given that this latest incident of cat-sitting, when I do that the jpg does not open.  I have nothing but the big gray Photoshop home page.  I hope that someone has seen this before and can tell me how to solve this problem.  Thank you!

    Hi Jen,

I'm sorry but I LOL'd seen your post - the cat sitting-on-your-keyboard contraption!

I do not think that your cat might have messed up your keyboard - because if this is the case your file > Open (with mouse) should work!

Moreover, since your Finder (Mac) or Explorer (Windows), you can right-click an image file / PSD files and open with > Photoshop Elements to see if it opens?

BTW, you mentioned you see "Screen in Photoshop" - are you on Photoshop or Photoshop Elements? They are 2 different softwares.

  • question: archive file missing

    I get this error when you try to down load 12 PES;

Lack some of the Adobe EPS of the file Archive is missing.  You need all parts in the same folder to extract Adobe PSE 12.

    What should I do now?

    you have an incomplete download.

If you have downloaded prodesigntools.com, you don't have to download the file 2, archive .7z - http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-12-direct-download-links-premiere.html

If you have downloaded the site adobe.com directly, you have a corrupted or incomplete download.  try again, http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements

The problem with movie files, is that the "date taken" is not recorded by the camera in a metadata section. Therefore, the Organizer assumes "creation date" returned by the computer OS must be used. You can change (update) the "date taken" in the Organizer so that the catalog keeps information you entered in the catalogue.

  • "Edit in Photoshop Elements" missing from the context menu of windows.

How can I get the 'Edit in Photoshop Elements' in my context menu? I think what happened was that after installation of PSE 13 I uninstalled PES 12 and who removed the context menu item. Just guessing. Is it possible to add it without reinstalling PSE 13?

Right-click on a photo file of the type you want to open in PSE. In the context menu, right-click Open with to open the menu. Select "Choose default program" and in the window that opens, select PSE 13 if it appears in recommended or other. If it is not displayed, select Browse and navigate to the PSE 13 .exe file in programs/Adobe/Photoshop Elements. If you want the files of this type to be always open to post-secondary studies when double-clicked, check the box "always use the selected program." If you want to PSE 13 only appear in the open with menu, make sure that the box is not checked. Click OK.

  • I want to use Twain with version 12 of Photoshop Elements.

I still have version 8 but when I check the files I don't have the optional plugins folder or import-export which is necessary for the only solution I found on the Web site.

  • Batch processing photos in Photoshop elements 11

    Hello world

I have been digitized in lots of old photos of the end.  Many (probably all) of them would benefit from applying the filter "dust & scratches", but it does not appear as an option in the "treat multiple files" menu drop-down.  I have heard of "autohotkey" being used as an alternative mechanism to perform the processing in batches, but could not find an example online that works with Photoshop elements 11.  Someone at - it care to share tips on how I can automatically process my digital photographs in a way that does not "treat multiple files?

Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can provide.

    Best regards

    Andrew.

A passerby who i have done this is to use the photoshop EPS 11 Image Processor script.

(only works in PES 11 or perhaps future versions of photoshop elements)

You can download PES 11 Image Processor.zip, extract the file (right click on the zip file, then press to extract all)

    https://workspaces.Acrobat.com/?d=ZOP9CgDC38plXHju4uVLkQ

and then copy the Image Processor.jsx to:

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Photoshop elements 11\Presets\Scripts (64-bit version of windows 8)

C:\Program Adobe Photoshop éléments 11\Presets\Scripts (32-bit version of windows 8)

Start or restart pse11 and in the Expert mode, it should appear under file > automation tools > Image Processor

(an image doesn't have to be open to run the script)

Then we just need to know if you want the dust and scratches to use the same settings to all the time or you want to be able to adjust the filter between the photos.

(so that we can send you the action to use with the image processor)

The image processor is similar to the process mutiple fles except you can choose to perform the action you have loaded in the window > Actions on the processed photos.

  • Photoshop elements editor crashes on startup

    Past wire installation forum.

I'm having a problem with a fresh install of photoshop elements 10.  It turns out that now I have a problem with elements 9 as well.  I tried elements 9 in September and it worked very well. I revieved elements 10 as a gift and tried to install it and got the following error message.  I went back and tried to re - run test of items 9 and I am now getting the same error on 9.

Here is the error I get.  After the launch of the editor, either from the home screen or directly from

As I mentioned above, items 9 test had been working well.  I did several updates to my system.  I can't be sure of the timeline of 100%, but I think that most were made at the time that I was testing the items 9 and did not affect items 9.

I'm pretty sure that there were a number of updates that have been made after my last clean run of items 9 and before that I installed 10 elements, namely windows 7 sp1 and various updates, but I managed to install the trial version on a laptop computer with the same operating system and the same updates.

I think I solved this problem.  I doubt, it is a very common problem, but I'll post details in case it can help someone else.

I tried a lot of things among those who have been

    1. suggestion of photodrawken above
    2. stop almost all but the basic processes
    3. boot in diagnostic mode

    None helped.

I tended to think it was related video somehow.  As you can see from my original post that I have 2 video 'maps' one is integrated into the motherboard (ATI HD 4200), the other is a map of pci-e AMD/ATI HD 6770 discreet. I use these 2 cards for 4 monitors.  I decided to try several experiments.

    1. rolled back the driver to an older driver (April 2011 - not sure of the version) - in fact, it "seemed" to work (a bit) and was my first clue that I was on the right track.  As I said, it "seemed" to work, however, after a reboot, the problem was back
    2. update the driver through the automated search also basically had the same result - it 'seemed' to work, but the problem was back again after a reboot
    3. deactivation of card HD 6770 in Device Manager also seemed to work. and when I re-enabled it the problem returns.
    4. deactivation of the integrated HD 4200 has seemed to work so However in contrast to the reactivation of the HD 6770, the problem has not re - turn when I reactivated the HD 4200 My view of this was that, if the HD4200 was the last to be initialized, then I was OK.

I was almost going to use this as a workaround, but I remembered that I had messed with some bios setting just before I replace my discreet previous card (series HD 3200) with the HD 6770. In order to convince me that I "needed" a new 3D map, I am tired of my old configuration running in what was supposed to be the optimal configuration for Hybrid CrossFire ATIs configuration, which was to set the bios to initialze onboard first video and I think that disable "surround the view."

When I went back into the bios and set up such as discreet card initialized first and re-activated "surround view" (with it the HD 4200 integrated does not seem to start at all), which seems to fix the problem.

So, as I said it is probably a rare problem, but if someone has multiple video cards and knows crashes at the start of the photoshop elements Editor, you should try making sure that your discreet card starts first, and your integrated card last.  The last piece of the puzzle, it's that I had run like this (pci-e card starts first, surround mode enabled) when I was testing photoshop elements 9.

I hope this will help someone else with the same question.

    Greetings - nPn
