How to run an old theme on windows xp

I would like to run the theme: baseball, from windows 98 to windows xp, you can find it in classic windows?

Hello

1. are you referring to a third-party theme?

If using a third party theme, we are not able to help since we don't know if the theme is compatible with Windows XP. However, you can change the theme to Windows Classic theme.

Follow the steps in this article.

    Here you go:

    1. Control Panel
    2. Network and sharing Center
    3. Manage wireless networks.
    4. Right click on the wireless network unwanted.
    5. Delete

How can I open old emails in Windows 8?

Default e-mail program included retains the last 14 days of mail.  However, you can change it through the settings of the application.  With the app open, pull the charm bar and click settings.  Choose "Accounts" and select the account in question (if you have several).  There is a menu drop down marked "download mail of" choice "in the last 3 days", "last 7 days", "2 weeks", "Last month" and "Any Time".  The choice of the latter will download all the mail on your server and keep a local cache of it.  I use this choice, but it depends on how large your message store is and how much space you have on your machine.

Note also that if you use some providers of messaging services the search function in the mail app will search not only what is cached locally, but also the entire file on the server.  While if you keep just 2 weeks of worth of e-mail cached locally, you can always seek (and read) old messages.

Check with the Compatibility Center for these programs. Also check with their developers

    Hello paresh786,

Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.

You will not be able to use Windows XP Mode in Windows 7 Home Premium version. You will need Windows 7 Professional or Windows 7 Ultimate to use XP Mode.

If you are running Win 7 Home Premium, try VirtualBox (www.virtualbox.org) or other 3rd party virtualization programs and install a separate copy of Windows XP (family or professional edition) for this purpose.

    I hope this helps.

    Sincerely,

  • Upgrade to Windows 10. Acrobat Pro license is broken. How to run again? [A: 10 Windows?]

I have upgraded to Windows 10 this weekend (not my choice) but have spent hours fixing Office only to discover today that Adobe Pro (a software that I OWN) tells me "your license no longer works...". recalls

    the customer support.

I learned the work around to get my products Office will - how can I get Adobe to function?

An idea that MAY work to install or run some programs in Windows 10 old... works for some, not for others

    -http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/15523-compatibility-mode-settings-apps-change-windows-1 0 - a.html

    - or run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL permissions can help... said yet, but sometimes it is necessary for all Adobe programs (this is same as using an administrator account)

If this does not work, I would say that your (unknown) version of Acrobat is too old to work with Win10

  • How to run an incompatible program on windows 64-bit.

    Hello

I recently downloaded an .exe file I want to use. The problem is that there is only one version of this program, and the only comment is to run it as an administrator. I tried all compatibility settings but it still says: "the version of the file is not compatible with your version of Windows. Check your computer's system information to see the weather, you need a X 86 (32-bit) or X 64 (64-bit) version of the program and then contact the software publisher.

Please can someone give me information on how to make this program work.

'This programme '.  Could you tell us the name of the program and where it comes from?

Did you do a right click on the .exe file and select run as administrator?

  • How to install an old PPD on Windows 7?

OK - this will be tricky.

We are that a small offset printing and ID CS4 allows the design and make our separation of color with. We use an ish imagesetter Panther who serves us well.

We just bought a new PC, and as XP pro is hard to get these days, and with Windows 7 clearly the way of the future - we took the plunge... especially since we've updated our design to CS4 software I thought that we would have no problems.

However... Windows 7 will not install the old Panther PPD - essentially tells me that they are not compatible with a 64 bit OS.

Any ideas? We're a little drunk if I can't get this to work

Yes, Windows Vista and Windows 7 have a built-in PostScript driver, essentially an updated version of which is also included in Windows XP and Windows 2000.

The old AdobePS PostScript Printer Driver Installer actually just installed this driver with a designated user PPD. Absolutely, this installer does not work on Windows Vista or Windows 7.

Windows Vista nor Windows 7 provides a simple way to create an instance of PostScript printer driver associated with a designated user PPD file.

The only way to achieve this is to set up an appropriate. INF file pointing to the. File PPD and PSCRIPT5 pilot and point to that. INF file when you use the option "have disk" in the "Add printer" Wizard Information for how to do this are probably on some obscure URL on the Microsoft Web site.

  • How do you delete old backups of Windows Vista?

I've been back up my Vista box by using Backup complete PC for quite a while now, and I was wondering how it is that you remove older backups when your backup disk is in full for another backup.

Recently, I received the following error message:

    > The backup did not complete
    > successfully.
    >
    > An error has occurred.  What follows
    > information might help you solve the
    > error:
    >
    > There is not enough space to save the
    > backup files.  Free up disk space or
    > change your backup settings.
    > (0 x 81000005)

I see nothing in the settings for the backup to change that.  I need to mount the backup to delete an old backup?  If so, where is this file which is located?

Change backup settings means by selecting another type of backup that does not have a lot of space and you do not want to.  The backups on the backup drive are labeled with dates.  Just go to it and select the oldest and don't remove it as you would any other folder.  This should give you enough space to make the new backup.  If it isn't, then delete the next oldest backup, and then try again.

    I hope this helps.
