  I'm having a hard time nailing in what services cloud are not included in the perpetual license for Acrobat DC. As far as I know, Adobe is a web page that directly compares the features of a perpetual license of Acrobat DC (Standard or Pro) with the corresponding version of the subscription.

  Since few can have the patience to read until the end of this post, I thought I would cut to the chase with my question (s):

  • Is what cloud services are not included in the license for Acrobat DC on the adobe site? If so, could you please give a link?
  • Alteratively, if you know the specific online features that are not included with the perpetual license, I would like to know what people are.

  This is substantially incomplete or ambiguous information that I could find.

  The Acrobat FAQ on purchasing Acrobat DC says "you can also buy Acrobat Pro DC or Acrobat Standard DC as a one-time purchase. It includes desktop software and allows you to work with Free Adobe Document Cloud services"(emphasis added).  I understand this means that there is no free Document Cloud Services that are not available to users who have purchased one license.

  Web page: Plans and prices: compare plans | Adobe Acrobat DC compares Standard and Pro, and within each toggles between subscription and license.  Thus, for features, it is possible to compare standard subscription with pro license (for example).

  Also, since Pro subscription has all the features listed in the table, it is easy (by activating / deactivating the license subscription) dismiss only two characteristics: they are:

  • Send and track documents online
  • Add or edit text in a PDF document on your iPad
  • Reorder, delete or rotate PDF pages on your iOS or Android tablet
  • Collecting electronic signatures of others and track responses in real time

  Most of the functions listed in the section "sign and collect" seems to be available in the office and subscription services, but it is possible (probable) that these features are available on the desktop (and not on the web) for those who do not subscribe.

  The FAQ of Acrobat (which can I with Adobe Document Cloud services when working in Acrobat DC?) implies that the subscriptions are needed "to complete essential tasks of PDF of anywhere, including your web browser and Acrobat DC mobile app:" he mentions the following. ' "

  I bought 5 Lightroom under a perpetual license, but my computer crashed and I got it to resinstall. I did it using creative cloud but I can see now that I am on a 30 day trial for the product. How can I register the product I bought already, so I won't have to pay the cost of creating cloud after the trial is over?

  All bug fixes, addition of camera and the objective applies to both versions. It has that are the difference. Lightroom 6 will have only the features that existed in version 6.0 for the duration of the continuous cycle, with all these features (and some new they add) added to Lightroom 7. Lightroom CC will be other new features added when Adobe decide to add them as they are not restricted, with additions of features to the software subscription.

  Have installed VMware Server on my windows server 2003 64-bit want to give it a go...

  The server itself is a Dell Vostro 410 with a Quad Core cpu and 8 GB of ram.

• CS6 perpetual license and Nikon D5

  My version of Adobe Photoshop CS6 extended it's up-to-date (MAC) version 13.0.6 x 64.  He reports that he uses v.9.1.1.461 unicameral raw. But this version does not see the images of the Nikon D5.  To see images of D5 seems to need ACR v. 9.5.  Downloaded and says it installed, but said CS6 it will always use 13.0.6 x 64. What is going on? Issue of "not readable" also in Lightroom 6 perpetual license

  The LR program currently operates in one of the four modes of operation according to the license status:

  1. LR but without license in the 30 day trial - features of LR CC
  2. LR without license but outdated test - LR limited except develop them and print modules are disabled so that you can not make adjustments more but can still see photos of the way they were when the licence was in force.
  3. LR has a serial number-CC features only went from the user interface, but any image adjusted with them continues to be made in this way, so if an image has an adjustment that rendered Dehaze will remain, but can not adjust the amount of Dehaze other than resetting the image so that there is the amount of default Dehaze generally zero.

• Failure of the Code U44M2P28 update: Lightroom 6.1.1 to 6.5 (perpetual license)

  I have Lightroom 6.1.1 installed (perpetual license) and you want to update to 6.5 (perpetual). I find the update downloaded and tried to install it. But Adobe Application Manager tells me that the installation failed, error U44M2P28 code. [I tried with previous updates and got similar results.]

  I got a response. The key was to find a source for LR 6.0, I got (with the 6.0 updates) of this link Adobe: Installer Photoshop Lightroom.

  I then used the AppZapper (Mac) to remove LR 6.1.1. I used Fixer permission of Steve Chen, installed at LR6.0, then updated to LR6.5. It worked and all is well. Thanks tipsters!

  The RGB tone curves are available to the holder of perpetual license.  Make sure you that you click on the small button at the bottom right of the tone curve Panel to activate Point curve. Then you will see the RGB.

I had installed creative cloud and then out of the CC that caused the CS6 ask login when I try to run it.  I have not had Photoshop CS6 works again on the Mac. I guess I'll need to uninstall and reinstall as well.

  I never installed CS6 on any of the machines through creative cloud configuration.  CS6 has been installed before CC on all 3 machines using the DVD and serial numbers.
