• After uninstalling Lightroom 6.3 (perpetual license) what is the address of the Adobe site to download Lightroom 6.4 (perpetual license)?

  You can use the link below. If you uninstall you will need to download LR6; then download the 6.4 update. Re-install is often recommend if there is update problems. Otherwise, you can try the update from another account of users with administrator privileges and then switch back to your normal user account.

• Still having problems with my perpetual license Adobe CS6 after CC

  Hi everyone, I still have problems with my perpetual license Adobe CS6 after upgrade to CC and terminate my subscription. I did it in October, and of course he had regained all my applications CS6, making it unavailable. I was advised to uninstall my Adobe (CS6 and CC) software and then reinstall my CS6 collection here.   After uninistalling cc, you should vacuum by the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems, restart your computer and then install cs6.

  you might try starting the vacuum now (to clean the cc) after installing cs6 to see if that helps.

  Open your problematic cs6 programs, and then click Help > activate.

• Can I purchase a perpetual license for Adobe Muse?

  I was very excited when Adobe first announced the availability of the applications create Cloud; but my freelance web design work is often limited to 3-4 months of effective work in the year.  With that being the case, I was wondering if Adobe can offer a perpetual license for Adobe Muse instead of paying a monthly subscription of $14.99 or $179,88 / each year.

  In may 2016, I bought and installed Acrobat Standard DC (perpetual license, v. 2015.006.30201) available for download from Dell's digital delivery, running on Windows 10.  At that time there I wasn't sure that I would need Acrobat Pro DC, but as a precaution, I checked with Ivan Adobe sales on 13/05/16 what Acrobat Pro DC Upgrade (perpetual license) would be upgraded Acrobat Standard DC (perpetual license).

  In late August I bought Acrobat Pro DC Upgrade (perpetual license) as a package of DVD (part No. 65259139).   Please let me know the correct way, tested to install the upgrade in these circumstances.

• CS6 perpetual license and Nikon D5

  My version of Adobe Photoshop CS6 extended it's up-to-date (MAC) version 13.0.6 x 64.  He reports that he uses v.9.1.1.461 unicameral raw. But this version does not see the images of the Nikon D5.  To see images of D5 seems to need ACR v. 9.5.  Downloaded and says it installed, but said CS6 it will always use 13.0.6 x 64. What is going on? Issue of "not readable" also in Lightroom 6 perpetual license

  The LR program currently operates in one of the four modes of operation according to the license status:

  1. LR but without license in the 30 day trial - features of LR CC
  2. LR without license but outdated test - LR limited except develop them and print modules are disabled so that you can not make adjustments more but can still see photos of the way they were when the licence was in force.
  3. LR has a serial number-CC features only went from the user interface, but any image adjusted with them continues to be made in this way, so if an image has an adjustment that rendered Dehaze will remain, but can not adjust the amount of Dehaze other than resetting the image so that there is the amount of default Dehaze generally zero.
  4. LR under license with an AdobeID that has a subscription current CC associated - features of LR CC connected

  If you stop paying a subscription of CC and LR, then returns to the mode without a permit - to-beyond - trial period described in step 2, until you license with a serial number, although you might have to join this serial number to an another AdobeID, I'm not sure, because I've never been in this situation but maybe you know because you have?

  All four of these modes use the same LR being the same program catalog. The catalog is the same, that LR is authorized as LR 6 with a number of series or LR CC 2015 with a subscription of the CC.

  When things change when catalogs become incompatible, and it may be your question, is when the next big pay-for LR upgrade is out, I'll call him LR 7/2017, assuming there's a LR 7 and everything has not disappeared to CC at that time here.   LR 7/2017 would be a new version of the program, with a new structure of catalog database and you can't open LR 7/2017 databases with LR 6/2015.   So if you have a subscription to LR CC 2017 and then stop paying but don't have a LR 7 serial number then you will not be able to use your 7/2017 catalogue LR 6 LR.  The catalogue is incompatible, as released a new version of LR, not because it is allowed with a subscription of the CC and one with a serial number.  When you think about a subscription to the CC, use the indication of the year with her, CC 2015 vs CC 2017, then things will be not as confusing.

  If I need to uninstall and reinstall my current version (section 6.1.1), where can I get a new copy of install? If I uninstall 6.1.1 how? The Manager of Adobe Applications will not open. Can I use any other uninstaller which deletes files from the application all the?

  I got a response. The key was to find a source for LR 6.0, I got (with the 6.0 updates) of this link Adobe: Installer Photoshop Lightroom.

  I then used the AppZapper (Mac) to remove LR 6.1.1. I used Fixer permission of Steve Chen, installed at LR6.0, then updated to LR6.5. It worked and all is well. Thanks tipsters!

• Cannot open lightroom 6 on PC and laptop since last night. I have a stand-alone perpetual license.

  I've been using Lightroom for several years and finally I bought a perpetual license of standalone lightroom 5 with update free for LR6 on PC and mobile.

  Last night I was working in lightroom on PC when I realized that I had imported my new photos to the catalog 2015 instead of a new catalog of 2016 which I had used for a week. I chose open another catalogue (2016) in order to import new pictures in the catalog, bypassed the message about stopping the catalog I was using and the message back up before you finish then anything, lightroom does not open.

  I performed tests on the PC, but nothing wrong was found. This morning when I turned on by clicking on the lightroom ICON was just a spinning wheel (busy) for about 5 seconds, then nothing. He has refused to open.

  I tried to connect to my Adobe account, it was very slow but I got end.

  Earlier I decided to use the laptop, which is independent of the PC, I do not use cloud services. I have exactly the same problem, a wheel that runs for about 5 seconds, then nothing. It's like I've been locked out.

  Problem has been resolved. Disc scan in SafeMode the updated an irreparable damaged windows file. Restored (reset) initial backup of disks PC and restore all data backup hard drive. Fingers crossed, everything will be fine now.

  I have licensed perpetual for LR 5.0 and downloaded the demo of 6/CC LR which I use now (about 20 days left). Certainly do not get CC I want to own, not rent, software.

  All bug fixes, addition of camera and the objective applies to both versions. It has that are the difference. Lightroom 6 will have only the features that existed in version 6.0 for the duration of the continuous cycle, with all these features (and some new they add) added to Lightroom 7. Lightroom CC will be other new features added when Adobe decide to add them as they are not restricted, with additions of features to the software subscription.
