How we stop to resume my perpetual license CS6 creative cloud?
I have a perpetual license for CS6 Master Collection / Windows I have installed on my PC and laptop a couple of years. 12 months ago I registered for the creative cloud / plan of all applications. I canceled the plan creative cloud yesterday and my perpetual license CS6 has stopped working. After several chat sessions with Adobe engineers, told me to completely uninstall CS6 Master Collection and re - install with my serial number. It has worked to resolve the problem of activation.
It is also the same thing on my Macbook. I have only a perpetual license of Photoshop CS6 on the mac, not the Master Collection. I had installed creative cloud and then out of the CC that caused the CS6 ask login when I try to run it. I have not had Photoshop CS6 works again on the Mac. I guess I'll need to uninstall and reinstall as well.
I never installed CS6 on any of the machines through creative cloud configuration. CS6 has been installed before CC on all 3 machines using the DVD and serial numbers.
Even though I cancelled my CC/plan of applications, I wanted to start a new plan CC for Photoshop only. I am now reluctant to do this because I don't want to pick up on my CS6 activations. Is in any way to prevent that from happening? In addition, no one knows why this happens? I think that maybe when CS6 works it automatically updates is pass the license on behalf of CC license if there is one installed. In any case, I would avoid it for that if I install Photoshop CC but then disconnect my CS6 would continue to operate without having to re - install.
You need to reinstall CS6 after the cancellation of the CC that both were of the same Adobe ID. You can still use & solidarity two CS6 & cc.

If you had Photoshop working already on the machine, then it probably isn't a problem of activation.

Sometimes the CS6 will go into trial mode, and here comes the announcement of the CC.
You click on this software license, sign in using your Adobe ID and when it asks for your serial number, enter it.

There is in fact no need to remove your current cs6 installation. If you go to help > deactivate, you can disable your perpetual version. Once disabled if please choose the option to upgrade this software under license and enter the Adobe ID linked to your subscription code. You can then check that the license of creative cloud has been applied by going to help > deactivate then check the bold text on the left side indicates creative cloud. You can find an example of this in the image shown below.
